3rd time there and every time has been a pleasure. My nail Pro is Vanny and she is truly a PRO. I have gotten 2 pedicures and 3 manicures so far. I especially like the massage chair I sit in for the pedicure. I feel pampered on every visit. I requested a cats eye manicure again this time which came out perfect as you can see.

The work is nice but they were never on time for the appointments I’ve scheduled in advance. I got there on multiple occasions and had to wait longer than 15 minutes.

The lady who did my toes used GEL polish without my consent!!! I chose a polish option that was white with some sparkles, ended up with my toes looking like disco balls. When I went home to remove the polish and paint a more classy color, I realized I CANNOT GET THE PAINT OFF! It is completely unacceptable to give gel polish without someone’s request or consent. I stayed up all night trying to file and soak this crap off and my nails look awful :( very unprofessional

From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome. While signing in someone shouts out asking what I want. Pedicure please. If they replied I didn't hear the answer because I had to ask if that was okay, I was told fine. The tech assigned to me could not have been more unfriendly, I felt as though she was annoyed I was there. When she tried to remove my polish it was done without putting anything on her cotton and acting like I had gel polish on. She instantly complained to her co worker acting as if the polish could not be removed. She then pulled out the dremel. Was she going to use that to remove the polish? I left, went to another salon and received a lovely pedicure. There were no issues removing the polish by the way. I have been to your salon many times before and I know you are better than this. I will not be back.

You guys replied to this review saying I had a dip manicure from a previous salon that's the craziest thing I've ever heard considering I came in there with BARE toenails no polish no anything AND I never ever got any Pedi done in the past few years besides at YOUR salon so take your lies and backwards business somewhere else I'm not an idiot I just got a pedicure done here by a male nail technician. I only got this pedicure done maybe going on two weeks ago , my big toe nail became dead basically and fell off... It was purple and turning weird colors under the acrylic a couple days after , like green / yellow/ purple my whole big toe nail fell off do you know how long it'll take to grow back? It says 18 months online.. that's so long. I'll never ever ever be going here for my nails or toes again ive been crying all day just looking at my toe thinking about how all because I got a pedicure I lost my whole toe nail. Why shouldn't I sue ? Please tell me. Nina is the owner , sure she won't give a damn her place is causing serious health issues in people's nails and toes. They use the same nail file for every person , that's a red flag in itself

I got dip nails with a design and they look nice. However my nails hurt after the service, I think they were filed down way too thin before the dip was added. Also this is not a very clean salon compared to others in the area. Some of the tools they use look like they have been pre used/ not wiped down.
Cleanliness: Not the cleanest, somethings used during service were obviously not wiped off.
