“I now refuse to go to any other paint store, and it’s all thanks to Jordan. I had been indecisive about choosing a paint color for weeks, and when I walked in around 5:40 PM on a Friday evening, I was still all over the place. I kept walking back and forth, trying to figure out which ones I wanted samples of. In the end, I ended up with six—yes, I know, very indecisive—but I didn’t realize the store should have already been closed by then.
Jordan, however, was incredibly understanding and empathetic. He assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and that he’d be happy to help. Even though I suggested I could just drop off the paint swatches and return tomorrow, he insisted that it wouldn’t take long and that he was more than willing to stay and assist me. Honestly, most people would have told me to come back another time, but Jordan went above and beyond. He made sure I had all the supplies I needed and chatted with me while preparing everything.
I truly hope this gets seen by his manager and others higher up in the company because Jordan clearly cares about his job and goes the extra mile for customers. He definitely deserves a raise! Thank you, Jordan.”
“Called in to check availability of a particular type of paint for a restoration project I'm working on. Cassie was very friendly on the phone and said that the product was offered in several shades of the color I was looking for. Came down the next morning and used their color chart on my vehicle. Store is clean and easy to find what you need. Paint was ordered, and arrived within 72 hours at the store. Paid on pickup and grabbed some other items I needed for this old car. This store is geared primarily towards body shops but that makes it especially appealing to people like me who DIY and want top quality body shop supplies. Thanks again to Cassie for helping me find the right shade of SEM Color Coat for refinishing parts of my VW's interior.”
