I was there last Thursday. The tech who took my blood fished for my vein, which you're not supposed to do. I was left with a swollen vein and it is still painful to the touch. Not to mention the bruise that has formed. I will never go back there.

The tech was a little heavy handed (painful pinch) and removed the needle before she collected all the necessary samples because “she forgot”. She pinched my other arm, and the next day I had huge bruises on both arms, in the bend where she drew blood. The tech was also swapping some of the labels among the collected blood tubes, as if she had initially placed them on the wrong ones. I can understand this happens, but it felt to me like too much was going wrong at this point.
Finally, when I get my results on the Quest app, I learn one of my orders was not even done. I contacted Quest about it and have gotten no response. I don’t know if she drew blood for it or not, but I now have to schedule another appointment regardless. I am never coming to this location again.

My son make this appointment for me in here today at 9:30. Since I used different locations of Quest, all had bad experience. Here service is much best than other locations. My nurse is very Nice and she is very professional.

Quest did not submit my bill to Medicare. I have talked to them numerous times but they never do process thru Medicare or notify me that they did. They just bill me month after month.

Terrible place. Scheduled an appointment. I have the email with the appointment. When I tried to use kiosk, it kept saying no appointment. There were no available times and no one to speak to. I had to leave and find some other place to have the work done. I had fasted and taken time off from work for this waste of time.Not wasting my time with this company any longer.

DO NOT USE! GO TO LAB CORP OR ANYWHERE ELSE! The locations are convenient in our area however, They have incorrectly billed me. I should have paid nothing and they are trying to bill me a total of 354.94. When they are in contract with my insurance Cigna and Cigna paid at 100% meaning, no patient response. Now, due to the type of labs done Cigna did deny a few lines as not medically unlikely or medical necessity. However, do to contract the lab company is to write those off if they choose not to appeal. I am due a refund and can't get anyone on the phone. The office says it opens at 8:30 CST. I am in CST and have been trying for 30 mins to get someone on the line and keep hearing the message that their office is closed. Do not go here. save yourself from being fraudulently billed!Thanks- A very educated healthcare worker who knows this practice is wrong and that Quest should be reported to the OIG.

Awful service. With an appointment or not, more than 7 people waiting with no one being taken. I understand walking wait, but after an hour of waiting a patient with an 11:15 appointment was taken 15min early while we still waited.

Not sure why I made an appointment. How is it possible to make an appointment and still be waiting a half hour. And after checking in my name does not appear on their monitor. Horrible system!!!
