USA Ninja Challenge in South Windsor is a full physical fitness program for kids. The staff and coaches clearly love their jobs and love working with kids, going out of their way to encourage them to be their best. Children stay interested and engaged, learning obstacle course skills and improving strength and athleticism. The facility is air conditioned with a nice parent observation area featuring plenty of seating and windows to watch classes. It is highly recommended for both classes and birthday parties, where the whole team is very helpful. Many families highly recommend it for kids' competition, staying in shape between other sports, and for fun summer camps.
