Don’t bother coming to this location if you need help on mailing packages. I came in to mail an envelope and ask for advice on mailing large packages. I was only at the counter for a minute before I was rudely cut off, and was spoken to in an extremely condescending manner for no reason.

The clerk older woman is always so miserable and rude. Talks down to people she makes you feel like a burden. Don’t feel comfortable going back here.

This has to be one of the worst post office's ever! I am so tired have having packages delivered to the wrong address and having to call and have it corrected!

Ms. Sharon and her team are very pleasant and always ready to assist customers. On one extremely busy day while waiting in a long cue, over the Christmas holidays, one customer burst into singing a carol to cheer the staff on. Everyone in the cue joyfully joined in. The staff was so grateful. In fact, it was a great experience to witness the community spirit because of the hard-working staff at this post office.There are cards and shipping supplies available for purchase as well as ample parking, including handicap access.

Convenient location that you can access for mail drop-off 24 hours a day. If you want to enter the lobby when the building isn't staffed you just swipe a credit card to get in.If you need to buy stamps or make other purchases i recommend getting there a few minutes before it opens, it's a busy location.

Worst post office ever. People are rude and incompetent that work here. Do yourselves a favor make the drive to Vernon it’s an entirely different experience.
