“A variety of things to choose from with really competitive prices. There were some random brands which aren’t usually easy to find, like Milka! Also the prices are sometimes cheaper than what you might find at Stop and Shop. The sandwich I ordered was good and the ingredients were high quality. Even better, it’s just around the corner.”

“Update: Shop Called back and apologized for inconvenience and oversight. They have a great selection and this stuff happens. Everyone is human and makes mistakes, they offered to replaced the juices and made this right. Give the shop a shot, I certainly will be giving them another chance.

CAREFUL WITH THIS SHOP!
I went into this shop with HIGH hopes as I saw an old style vape bar with plenty of juices on the wall… I thought It was a diamond in the rough I discovered …..that was at least until I got home. This is when I discovered one juice (The Blueberry JamMonster) had a born on date of 10/08/2020 and I bought this on 12/30/2023. These juices are have a two year shelf life before they are no longer safe to use. So the blueberry JamMonster Born On 10/08/2020 would expire 10/08/2022. That makes this juice 1 year and 45 days past its expiration. I contacted monster vape labs to confirm this and wrote the owner of the shop to see if he would make this right. Mistakes happen, we’re human so I was hoping to hear from him as most owners would be outraged they sold a customer expired juices and used batteries. As each day passes, for the shop to ignore my voicemail and email informing him that:
•the $100 I spent for batteries and two vape juices one expired more than a year and the other born March 2022 -expiring on March 2024…I’d hope the owner would have called to make this right….still no response.

Hopefully I can update this review to a positive experience if I hear back but that seems doubtful at this point.

Oh also as I was getting rung out, he said that he “charges all the batteries for his customers because what are you going to sell not charged batteries?” Which at the time I didn’t think anything of but …after the expired juices, and one battery box tab being torn off, I’d bet he’s using the batteries personally and then swapping out the new ones with the ones he uses when shipments arrive. Overall sad and won’t be back unless this is made right.”

“Great store. It has anything you could possibly need as far as smoke/vape shop products, including beautiful bongs and dab rigs for great prices. The guy that runs the store is a great dude as well. Great customer service!”

“This is my favorite place in the world to go for anything smoke or Vape related. They also sell kratom which is nice. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful whenever I am in there. I go there often so I know them by now and they are very customer-oriented. If you want something specific they’ll put in an order for it. The prices are on point with other vape shops, if not lower than most. In addition, the hours are great. They are always open until 10 PM. I appreciate their kindness and helpful nature whenever I’m there. They let me take my time and answer any questions I have. I called them every day for almost two weeks asking if they got a new shipment and they put up with me the whole time. They always answer the phone even if it rings 20 times. Someone will always pick up. They are extremely reliable.Lastly, I left my wallet there a couple of weeks ago and they kept it for me completely untouched for two days. When I called to ask about it they immediately said they had it and that it was stored somewhere safe and secure. When I went to pick it up the employee asked me to show my ID in order to verify my identity, which I also really appreciated. All in all, I highly recommend this shop for any of your smoke and vape needs. They have a wide variety of items and really let customers take their time to look without intruding. They have a lot of patience with all customers (and I’ve seen some terrible customers in there). I ask questions that they probably don’t know the answer to but they try their best to give me one. I will always go there for as long as I live in West Hartford.The one thing that’s frustrating about the shop is the location, which is on Farmington Avenue in an area where there’s always a lot of traffic. There’s also another vape shop right down the road that I accidentally stopped at a few times before I got used to it. That shop has a blue sign well this one has a green sign.Finally, the parking lot is very small and busy. There’s always a lot of action going on when I’m there as there are a few businesses that seem to have a lot of customers on a usual basis. Especially the market that is located right next to the shop. Everyone is driving like crazy around that area because it’s close to Hartford, so be aware of your surroundings when driving because cars are moving quickly in and out of spaces and again the parking is tight. It’s very easy to miss the shop if you don’t pay attention.All in all this place is my number one go to and currently one of my favorite businesses to interact with because they are so understanding and so accessible due to their hours, and the items that are available. They run a good business and are very polite to all of their customers. I don’t think I’ve ever gone there at a time when other people weren’t also there or didn’t come in while I was there. It’s clearly a popular place that many people go to on a regular basis. They are trustworthy, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Smoke n Vape for running a great business and taking care of your customers.”

“The store itself and the products are great. I have no complaints. Customer service is kinda ?‍♀️. It kind of seems like the girl working there could care less if customers are in the store or not. I keep coming back because they always have what I need in stock. However, it really would be nice to be acknowledged by the one employee there during my trip.

Side note (and not a reflection of this particular store, but of the company.) I’m left puzzled by the closure of the Moe’s 2 store, next door to the nail salon. One day the doors were open and the power was on, and the next day everything was locked up with no 'closed' sign or any communication. It would have been helpful if a notice of closure had been posted with directions to the original Moe’s location.

Without any notice, it’s easy to assume the store is temporarily closed, leading customers to return again without realizing it was no longer in business. The entire situation was poorly managed and could have been handled with more consideration for customers.”

“I walked in looking for something and right away rhieanna and sean immediately came up greeted themselves and helped me look for what I needed. They definitely came in clutch without me asking. I really appreciate the help from both of them.”

“Great selection of vape juices, even wider selection of disposables! Even better is they open at 7AM everyday, compared to other places opening anywhere from 9AM - 11AM. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good selection to choose from, as well as someplace to get your nicotine fix early morning if you're running low!”
