  This bank I went to. I tried to cash a check from this bank and they did not honor their check. It was very inconvenient. They told me that I should go to a different bank because they have a policy if I don’t allow cash in a check over $2000, what kind of bank is this? That won’t honor their own check

  When I walk into the bank the branch manager Laurie and her associates acknowledge me right away . Living in California I'm just not used to that! She and her team have helped me for over a year with my 94 year old mother's mortgage and savings account . Printing information, cutting checks , closing and opening accounts plus opening a line of credit . My mother recently died and Laurie did all she could to help me with the banking I needed to get done . Showing kindness and compassion during the whole process.Thank you Laurie !
