Beware this store does not disclose upgrade charges and then adds insurance without ever asking me !! When I tried to speak to a manager I was given the run around !! Even the manager would not address or speak to me

Here to share that the team on site are the reason we are AT&T customers. There were a few issues with our onboarding and Thomas specifically jumped in 3x, even once on a day off, all while ensuring his colleague got the credit for the commission. Walked in greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. It wasn’t a forced welcome it felt genuine which was nice.
Vernon the store manager assisted me as his sales reps were already helping attend to other customers.
Vernon advocated the highest caliber of customer service and care. He provided me with multiple options and choices so that I could make an informed decision. It’s clear to me that Vernon leads by example and set the bar high for his team.
Everyone was very nice, clean, neat and professional,
While Vernon was finishing up with my service, His sales rep came over to me and also provided me with some tips on the different smart watches they have available, this was a low pressure environment that I felt extremely comfortable in.
My father was an AT&T employee for 30 years I shared my experience with him and he said he will only go there then for his next phone.
Top notch, Well done Vernon, can’t wait for the next phone purchase. I will send all my friends and family to Vernon and his team at AT&T in Southbury.

Thomas was incredibly helpful! He was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the product. Very personable and made the process so easy. And most importantly he was very kind; the original associate we were greeted by was not.

Someone recommended that I go see Tyler at the AT&T store in the Southbury plaza. It was a great experience. The transition from Verizon was very simple and Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Screwed up my entire order. Tried to gaslight me for the mistake that he made and argued with me for a solid 15 minutes.
