Someone recommended that I go see Tyler at the AT&T store in the Southbury plaza. It was a great experience. The transition from Verizon was very simple and Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I wish to give a huge compliment to Thomas Moore. I was having phone issues and it felt best to get a new IPhone Wednesday night. Thomas was knowledgeable, never pushy and just extraordinarily helpful. I was in and out in roughly an hour and a half, after doing the new phone updates. I knew he was the right salesperson to take a friend with a damaged and outdated iPhone because of his demeanor. We were back tonight and once again, he was extremely kind and helpful. AT &T has a very valuable employee in Thomas Moore!

Just want to share that the Southbury, CT AT&T store has an amazing staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient! I had a phone emergency my cell died and they helped me in a very timely manner. It’s a great team!

The salesmen on the floor all tried to fix what the tech did. They spent a good 45 minutes trying to help me. But they couldn't help me. Of course they would love for me to buy a phone from them. Don't use 611 and if you do, don't let them go into your phone. That's when the tech screwed up my phone so I don't get or receive calls now.

This crew was great. I went in at a rare time when the story was relatively empty and Tyler, Elena, Ryan and James each wound up helping me choose a new phone. They could have sat around and watched each other, but each seemed genuinely interested in sharing their thoughts and helping me make a choice. Thank you!

The worst. Uneducated employees & nonstop issues. I never want to go to an att again after going here it's so bad.
