“Sugar Hill Auto was one of the affiliated body shops with our insurance agency, USAA. After being struck on my way to work, I submitted my claim the same day and was able to drop my vehicle off to Sugar Hill Auto that evening so they could complete the estimate the next day. I received prompt follow-up communication and was able to leave my vehicle with them until the repairs were completed. The staff are all very professional and made a stressful situation very easy to navigate. They completed the work quicker than anticipated and were very accommodating with my schedule when arranging pick up of the vehicle. As a very busy mom of 3 with a large family dog, my car is always in need of cleaning. Sugar Hill Auto washed the outside of my vehicle and vacuumed the inside before I picked it up!! I was very satisfied with the service I received and very impressed with the staff who not only work in the auto shop, but those who work in the gas station who were available to assist after hours. “Good experience. Had a small parking lot encounter with a concrete block that damaged my front bumper. Another shop in town quoted almost $3k to repair. Gabby's repaired it for about $500 and did a good job. It looks like new and they were open and detailed about showing the small remaining issue with some cracked plastic piece they were able to slide back into place. Work was done quickly as well. It's all check or cash only, which is a bit unusual in this day and age, but workable. Will come back if I have any future repairs”

“Fantastic place. I called them for a moderate vehicle repair going through my insurance. They fit me in to their schedule within a week, took care of the coordination of a rental vehicle immediately (literally five minutes later) after my estimate, and were extremely thorough and communicative — at every step of my vehicle’s repair, I received a text message update. I didn’t have to deal with my insurance or worry about anything related to it — in fact, they somehow got my insurance to cover aspects of my repair they were initially denying coverage for, so the only out of pocket was my deductible! I received my car back and it looked like no damage had ever occurred — and it was sparkling clean, exterior and interior. Extremely professional and you can really tell they take pride in and personally invest in the work they do. The next time I need my car repaired, I’m coming here.”

“A couple a weeks ago my truck was hit by a deer. My truck was a mess. I have had this truck for 12 years and has never been damaged. I never thought it would look good again. Quality Auto was amazing from the first phone call. They worked great with insurance company to come to quick agreement. My truck was restored to better than before. The work was perfect. This is a 12 year old truck and you cannot tell where the work has been done. To top things off my truck was returned detailed. I cannot recommend Quality Auto & Restoration enough.”
