I feel like I was absolutely robbed. Charged me the absolute maximum for storage I'm a hard working blue collar single father and I've never felt so taken advantage of in my entire life. There was no leniency or courtesy whatsoever was absolutely robbed I feel like it should have been illegal what they did to me.

My daughter was involved in a horrible accident on 84 a few weeks back when run off the road by a tractor trailer. (thankfully and most importantly, she walked away without serious injury)…
LAUREN AND ED FROM CLASSIC COACHWORKS AUTOBODY AND TOWING WERE EXCEPTIONAL!! They made an awful experience suck a little less with their professionalism and kindness. I am so thankful for all they did that day.
I also received a follow up call from Ryan at CCW about a week later, even though I wasn’t the financially responsible party which shows that they care about the people they serve.
Nothing but high praise for their business.

We got a flat tire on our way to Six Flags and Lauren was sent to help us out. We loved the service she provided us, she towed our car, got us to her auto shop safely and she did a great job fixing the tire. We had four kids with us and she made it a fun time! We felt very welcome and in good hands. Thank you Lauren!!!

I called AAA for a tow as my truck broke a ball joint going over a speed bump. AAA sent Classic Coach Works and they were there with in a half hour! The driver Carl was very friendly and experienced. He was able to get my fully loaded truck on and off the flatbed without do any further damage. As the wheel was on a 45 degree angle. He was also able to back up my driveway then off to the side all in one shot. Exactly where I wanted my truck placed without getting out of the truck or any help from me. I also have used Classic Coach Works in the past for body work. On a classic car and they did a great job!

Requested a tow at 7am through AAA and advised them that the car would need to be jumped first. Driver who was very nice didn’t arrive until 1pm and did not have jumper cables so we had to wait for someone else to deliver them. It was a disorganized mess as they unloaded a car that was already on the flat bed to then load mine, and re-load the other car.

My words car broke down and AAA had classic Coach Works tow us. The Driver was great and he towed us to there location and the team there was great as well

I would recommend these guys to anyone. I was rear-ended and injured over an hour from home. Lauren helped me out of my car and into the truck. She was very quick to get my car and myself off the highway. Took me back to their office where Ashley was pleasant and friendly. Lauren was gracious enough to stay with me after they closed for the evening until my wife was able to come and pick me up. The other drivers that would float into the office were friendly as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I hope I never need their assistance again, but if I do, I know they will take care of me with a level of professionalism and compassion that you would hope for in a time of need.

My son and I broke down on the side of the road and needed a tow. Classic sent out a tow truck and were there within fifteen minutes of being called. The service was fantastic and I would recommend to anyone who needs a tow!

I contacted them today over the phone to inquire about body work to be done on my vehicle which which rear ended. Ashley, at the shop was very thorough and patiently walked me through the steps I need to take. Very professional.

Horrible , they block Straits Turnpike , when they are towing a car from a driveway. Wow, sad the driveway was long enough for him to fit in it smh , made my daughter and I late for a doctor appointment thanks and almost caused accidents and damage passing RVs ..
