Absolutely horrible place and people!
Besides that they promised to finish the job in 2 days! Had to call them 3 times and ask about what going on- THEY DON’T CARE. Very very poor communication.
Lying personnel who wants to take all your money !
Scratched my front bumper and fender. Missing clips under the hood cover.
They’re not specialists! Half fast job for a lot of money! Won’t recommend them at all!

Absolutely disastrous. Took my A4 for brakes and an oil change on Good Friday (19th) and 2 weeks later still no car. Had to take my car to the dealership on a toe truck. It wouldn’t let me give zero stars

I brought my Cayman R race car here to have some new slicks put on and have them sort out some gremlins. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating to work with. Not only that I mentioned how I needed a few days to pickup the car because my friend had my trailer. They offered to trailer it themselves and bring it to me. They just got a new customer for life!

I cannot recommend this shop enough!
I Brought my S4 to another local shop for a camshaft position sensor code and they quoted me a $10,000 timing chain replacement without any diagnostics. Daniel Jacobs LLC. had one of their technicians go through the car thorougly and they found the issue to be unrelated to the timing chain which saved me over $9,000. Chris the service writer I dealt with was extremely professional and communicative throughout the whole process. I am so glad I brought my car to them and will strictly use them going forward!

Have (or had) been a customer for almost 3 years and had always had a relatively good experience with the shop. Most recently though, I had an AC leak and was quoted $2700 for a compressor job that I received a quote the same day for $2300 from Audi. Spoke over phone with the new terrible receptionist and said I would like to pick up my vehicle and decline service, to which I was told I would be charged an hour labor and then promptly hung up on. Charged nearly $200 upon pickup, and couldn’t even be told description or exact source of issue. Terrible service from a place I used to fully trust.

I've been taking my car here for about 5 or 6 years. These are the best mechanics I've found, and I've lived all over the country. They're very knowledgeable about Porsches, MINIs, just about any car. They stay current with changes and notices from manufacturers. Their pricing is absolutely fair. They go above and beyond in customer service. You can trust their experience 100%. Most importantly, you can trust them. Which is very hard to find these days. I highly recommend Dan and his entire team.
