I am very pleased to recommend Marie's Movers as they are an incredible team who provide excellent service. Earlier this year my wife and I hired Marie's for four moves, as we moved out of prior home and moved half its contents into storage and the other half into a rental while our new forever home was being renovated. Two months later, we repeated the same. All went flawless, as management and their movers were genuinely caring and considerate and very easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

Moving can be incredibly stressful, no matter the reason for relocation. That is why my experience at Marie's Moving was such a treat. Stephanie greeted us like old friends with her warmth and welcoming. She guided us with the best sdvice, was patient and knowledgeable. We were, unfortunately, not able to use them for a long distance move, but neverthe less she treated us like we a high volume cudtomer

We had the great fortune of having this company recommended to us and could not be happier with the 4 gentlemen who moved us today ! They were professional respectful hardworking and took great care of our belongings and furnishings ! We would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone in need of professional movers ! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

Can’t speak to their moving abilities, but if it’s anything like their driving skills, they probably suck. Big moving trucks shouldn’t be playing race car on the highways, braking late and tailgating in the rain.

Thank you, Marie’s Movers, for your excellent services and staff in past years and currently. We are the New Start Ministry organization that provides resettlement assistance for legal refugees in our area. Not only has Jim, owner of Marie’s Movers provided free moving services to our organization for moving our legal refugees into their apartments, but he has helped our Employment team by hiring a number of such refugees, who come from the Near East, Africa, and other troubled areas of the world. His moving team comprises polite, reliable, diligent, and careful workers whose work has been lauded by many customers over many years. Jim has also been very helpful as a volunteer the NSM Employment team that seeks jobs for our newly arrived about-to be Americans. Assuming it was someone who works here, but someone with a logo for this business came into my work and told my hispanic coworker who has a slight accent “trump is gonna deport you,” Will never be using this company after this experience, extremely disappointing that you would represent a company this way! I usually would never review like this but i am extremely disgusted.

I had a great experience with Marie's Movers. They were professional, calm and efficient throughout the move. The invoice was right in line with the initial estimate, no unexpected surprises. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend! I can’t say enough good things about Marie’s Movers. Nicest office staff and crew. Was so easy to book my move and everything worked out so easily on move day. I am a repeat customer. I’ve used them to move one piece of furniture I purchased and an apartment move.

We recently hired Marie's Movers for a move from NY to CT, helping my elderly parents transition from their home of 52 years into assisted living. From start to finish, they were absolutely incredible!
Suzanne was wonderful from the very first phone call—kind, attentive, and thorough in scheduling the move, making sure every detail was covered. On moving day, Joel and Xavier went above and beyond. They were patient, professional, and extremely careful with every piece of furniture—some of which were quite heavy and had to be maneuvered down a very tight staircase.
What truly set them apart was their understanding of the emotional weight of this move. They recognized my elderly father’s fragility and were incredibly respectful, waiting outside until it was the right moment to enter. Later, they even drove the truck around the corner so he wouldn’t have to see it out front as he left—such a thoughtful and compassionate gesture.
This was not just a move—it was a deeply emotional day for our family, and Suzanne, Joel, and Xavier handled it with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Marie's Movers to anyone in need of truly exceptional movers!

Our team of Glen, Frank, Anur, Xavier and Khalil were great! They moved our heavy 100 year old piano out of the house and down a hilly walkway with humor. The crew worked continuously packing our house contents and then unpacking at our new house. Very professional and courteous. Thanks for a successful move!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
This is the second time we have used this company and they did a fabulous job each time. The team members, Glen, Mike B, Anor, Frank, Nick T and Manny did not disappoint. They handle our items with care, they were respectful, kind, understanding, positive and so much more. They even listened and adapted to the orders they received from El Capitan. 😁 Thank you guys!!

Marie’s Movers was recommended by a friend. I used them twice and both times were wonderful. I moved into/out of an apartment with 3 flights of scary outdoor concrete stairs (my new place doesn’t have stairs thankfully). The crew leader (Glen) was amazing on packing the truck (it was like a giant/heavy game of Tetris!). Anur and Khalil carefully wrapped my furniture and took apart and reassembled several pieces perfectly. The whole crew was respectful and professional. They were able to safely go up and down the stairs countless times! Highly recommend!

This was our fourth time using Marie’s Movers and they continue to excel. Kind and courteous to us, willing to go out of their way the whole time. Very careful with our belongings always. Hoping not to need to move again but if we do, we know who to contact.
