Old Country Store Deli is a smaller local shop in Connecticut with cold cut ham sandwich and Philly steak sub that are delicious. Prices are fair, 8-9.00 for a Grinder, baked goods 2.99. Costumer service is off the charts, wonderful staff, sweet people. Offers great breakfast sandwiches and chicken cutlet at great value. Pickup food for long trips, call ahead to avoid 5‑10 minutes wait.
The Deli Food, prepared fresh is why I stop in. It cannot be easy to own & upkeep a historic landmark building. The Pantry items on the shelves are not priced. 9+oz portion of Folgers Coffee for $12.49. DO STOP TO IN to support by buying beverages and sandwiches. They cater as well.

First time there, excellent bacon egg and cheese. Best in area. Reasonably priced too, will return.
