From oil changes to details, they do it all the best place around there is always someone who is unhappy and they go out of there way to make customers happy. Everyone is super friends they are also pet and kid friendly! Bathroom for customers inside as well as a few waiting room with a small store a TV and coffee! Horrible experience all the way around, I would give them 0 stars if I could....I paid $41.47 to have "The Works" and now I am sorry pulled into the SPLASH Southbury location in the first place. I had to beg the employee wiping down my vehicle to get the dirt off the front bumper. The rear hatch still has dirt and now scratch marks on it. The employee putting the ArmorAll on the tires was literally pouring it on the top side of the tire and letting it run down the sidewalls. When I asked him to wipe the tires, he copped an attitude and as you can see from the picture, never did.

Splash in Southbury is the best! Where can you get a oil change , car wash and vacuum for $40. The people that work there are so nice & helpful. I will never go anywhere else.

This is more of the review for their 5 Star Auto Detail service center. I got my R1T coated with the Simoniz Diamond plate. They did a fantastic job at a fantastic price. I had ceramic coating done to my other car at more than triple the price and atleast from my detail oriented eyes they are the same.Shawn the owner does the work and he does a fantastic job.Definitely not a 2.5 star place.

Sway, D, and CJ are the best! I came in super nervous about my high mileage car oil change but they were able to help me solve my problem quickly and inexpensively. They even helped me with some skateboard tricks while I waited. Great experience!!

We were driving by Splash Car Wash in Southbury and decided to stop for a quick detail before we hit the highway. Great decision! Emily, the girl who helped us was really friendly and helped us decide which package would work best for us. Splash of Southbury is the Best Splash Car Wash. Hector is great when I get an oil change done. Friendly & Easy to deal with. Cody is the Best when I get my vehicles cleaned. He is always attentive and is concerned to make sure the customer is happy with the service. Even the manager Aaron checks in with customers to make sure they’re hey are satisfied with every aspect. The wash is great, what makes me really want to come back is the fact that they dry your car themselves. Matt is really good at making sure it look awesome before I leave, and he's pretty funny too.

This place is awful. For $36 they didn't clean the inside, dust, and didn't vacuum the floors completely. And they didn't throw away the trash in my car like I asked them to. I would never go back here even if you paid for me to.

Today was my first time using this car was and had an exterior wash and interior vacuuming done. The cost is extremely high and after they were done I drove right back in because most of my car wasn't vacuumed. They apologized and did it again, but again I got home to find so much still unvacuumed. For $30 the job I paid them to do I had to do when I got home. I spent an hour cleaning the entire interior of my car. This was the worst experience I've had at a car wash! Needless to say I won't go back.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Hector and his team at splash car wash have been servicing my car for years. Hector is honest, thorough, personable and does an amazing job. You can tell he really cares. I arrived 10 minutes before closing with a spilled smoothie all over my backseat. Everyone here was wonderful! They were able to vacuum out the mess and then the manager took the car over to detailing and had them clean up the seats. I was out of there within 10 minutes with my disaster completely diverted.
