I don’t want to implicate the salesman as the intent is not to get him in trouble. He stated that AT&T does Not care if I do an upgrade unless I do the Next upgrade which is an additional $10 a month as online there’s not mandatory requirement for it which I displayed to him. I’m reaching out to the BBB for poor sales practice this is not putting the customer 1st. Then he followed it by saying AT&T doesn’t care if you commit for 3 years unless they increase your bill.

I needed help with putting on a screen protector, and the store rep refused because I didn't buy it from the store. After I asked them to watch me while I put it on myself just for advice if I made a mistake. They made me feel like I was foolish for asking saying quote (The directions are on the box) After I put it on it there was bubbles in the screen I could not get out and still no help. So I went next door to T Mobile and they helped with the screen getting all the bubbles out and giving me advice on it. Imagine that no help from my cell phone carrier but going to a rival company and getting help even when I wasn't a client of that carrier.

yesterday we were at AT&T on queen st southington ct we met a wonderful girl who helped us a lot. She is a great employee there should be more people like her. I highly recommend and thank you again for everything to her.

Best customer rep I’ve ever ever met and this is the truth David Waterbury, Connecticut, E. Main St. AT&T store the most helpful I’ve ever met the kindest and the most dedicated employee. Please address this because he was wonderful.

Apathy blew the sale.
Walked in ready to buy an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Four employees sitting with their noses buried in their phones. One does offer, unsmiling, to help me. Gives minimal answers to my questions. Doesn't offer additional information, alternatives, suggestions, etc. Basically just reads the information off his phone. I could have done that myself....
Tells me that they don't stock the iPhone 15 Pro Max and it will have to be ordered. I ask if another store has it, and the other employee says they can't see any other store's inventory. A third employee suggests I try Apple online. I walk out.
The next day, I go to Best Buy, where they cheerfully help me start to finish, provide knowledgeable and insightful answers, and get my new phone up and running before I leave. Done and done!

Watch out for this store or you may get scammed. My account was eligible for a free phone upgrade. So I got a new phone and returned the old phone in store. Found out after that my old phone "was never returned" according to ATT. That is a lie. They lost it and have no record. Now I'm being charged $799 for a new phone. I called the store for help and they said there wasn't much they could do but that they would get back to me. No one ever got back to me. I now have to file an FCC complaint. As soon as this is over I'll be switching out of ATT service. Beware of this store and ATT.
*Update 8/7/24 - The FCC and ATT corporate resolved this issue as they were able to locate the phone that was returned. The same phone that this store told me was never returned. Amazing.

Thanks to Cavana for her patience while three of us got phone upgrades. She was fast, efficient, and professional while we peppered her with questions. She took the time to answer everything we needed. Having a job that requires face to face tech support with the public of all ages cannot be an easy job. She made it look easy!

The only thing in that store is quick quick finish finish. Bad information. Never a manager there. Hate going there. I have a problem with my phone for a year and nobody cares.

Came here to get a watch which was a sucess. Returned the watch the following day due to it not being a good fit for my needs. Took it back no issue. However when it came to the restocking fee they were quick to take that but not cancel the newly opened line for the LTE watch. So the watch came off my account but the new line did not. So i still would have been charged for a line that I wasn't even using any longer, for less than 24 hours. Luckily i know how these things go so I caught the error the same night referencing the my att app. Reached out to a rep through the app and they were quick and professional and confirmed that the line was still active and open to a new device. I said it was supposed to be canceled in store upon returning the watch. She said it wasn't. I said that's what I was showing on my end also. Please cancel that line. Did it without issue within minutes. Why this wasn't able to be done in store is beyond me. And to not mention the line still being active also! Watch your returns and restocks here people. You'll still walk away with open lines and a bill accumulating without your knowledge. Otherwise a good experience. But job was not completed. The phrase goes "you want something done, do it yourself" applied here.
