This Webster Bank location has a wonderful array of staff that always take care of their customers to the best of their ability in an informative and secure fashion. Diane, in particular, is an excellent example of how to deliver a welcoming, personable, and informative experience. She is often the employee who assists me whenever I come in, and she is always a pleasure when she helps me out. It is a shame that I can only give this bank 5/5 stars because it deserves well over 100 stars easily.”

“For to long I've procrastinated about switching my checking account to an account with no service charge. On my last trip to the drive thru a young man named Drew noticed I was paying a service fee and switched me over to a zero maintenance fee account while keeping the same account number and all auto pay transactions intact. The young man was polite and clearly explained the changes and benifits to me. Who ever hired Drew deserves a pat on the back!”
