These guys are very helpful, respectful, and polite. I called a dozen pawn shops in the area and none of them had the jewelry I wanted, nobody had offered to help me look at all. I'm glad that I called brookside and even though they didn't have the item on hand, they had a large catalog of new jewelry on hand and ordered it for me right away and in just a few days I had my studs. They gave me a SMOKING deal as well. They even peirced my ears for me too at an outstanding price and did a stellar job! They are extremely honest and genuinely good hearted people, I wish there were more like them. They run a very good business here and I'm throughly impressed. I would recommend anybody to go here and even though it's a little out of my way, I won't be going to any other pawn shop in the future! I will swear by Brookside Pawn!

I highly recommend doing business at Brookside Pawn. Going through my stuff at home , I had some jewelry to sell. Visited the store...a friendly gentleman greeted me, introducing himself as Steve...the owner. The store is a nice size with many interesting items on display...it's very clean and presentable. It was such a nice experience...I have more to sell and this will be my place. ??

These guys were great to meet and they worked with me as if I was already an existing customer of theirs. If you need a loan on an item bring it into them and they will give you a great deal. I will definitely stay with them for now on. They listened to me and took really good care of me.
