“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Michelle and Matt. After my accident, I originally planned on finding a body shop that wasn’t recommended by the other party’s insurance because I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after meeting them, I completely changed my mind.
From the very beginning, they have been incredibly helpful, respectful, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Their communication has been excellent, they’re extremely efficient, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I am 100% confident and comfortable having my vehicle repaired here. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional body shop, I would absolutely recommend them. They’ve made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.”
“These guys were able to get my BMW and Mercedes repaired after a few other shops in the area could not. Honest and fair pricing. They have a proven track record and will earn my business on all of my vehicle and my family as well. Nobody comes close to these guys!”

“Fred came highly recommend and he did not disappoint. I rode around in my car feeling like a fish in a fish bowl until I got my windows tinted.it was the best money I've spent in a while! Tint man Fred is his new name. thank you so much!!🙂”
“Matt with Premier Auto Glass was such a pleasure to work with. We called him to replace a broken rear window and he was here the next day and it looks amazing. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind! I would highly recommend him for anyone in need of their services!”
“So much appreciation for this company here Boss man seen I was In NEED of a new window and BLESSED ME not only did he give me a GREAT DEAL I couldn’t find anywhere else he also came to ME at my job and fixed it super fast THANK YOU SO MUCH”
“We went to their office and the service desk was very professional and cordial and arranged a date for tech to come out and measure a fogged center fixed picture window in a bay with double hungs on either side.
The techs came out (on time) a week later and verified measurements in 2 minutes, the office called next day and gave us the steps and timeline.
Techs came out (on time) and removed the old and installed the new in 1 hour with great skill. I’ve done a lot of home repair and know when excellent work is being performed.
I am a perfectionist and they are.”
“I highly recommend Tint Master in Berlin if you truly expect a top notch experience. My daughter and her husband use them too and have never been disappointed. if you want the best, use Tint Master.”

“Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Clean and organized storefront and shop. Helped me verify and order in the parts I needed to move a Sony xav-ax8500 from my old to new car. Even helped me flash my maestro module. I would look to them in the future for all my car audio and window tinting needs”
“By far the best on the east coast of America when it comes to service. They make you feel welcomed not as a customer but apart of a family. They are dedicate to their craft and go above and beyond to help whoever steps into this wonderful establishment. Much thanks and appreciation AL”
“I had Home Depot and Lowe’s come and to give me an estimate on a shower door for my bathroom tub. I wanted a frameless one. They told me they couldn’t do that but Marino’s Glass had no issues doing it.
The gentleman that came did a fantastic job. He was very professional, polite and cleaned up everything after he was done.
I would definitely recommend them for any glass job that someone else says they can’t do!”
“I had Oralndo as my technician and he was awesome. He explained everything step by step, gave me advice on my wipers and showed me things wrong with my car so I can be aware. Kept me on the loop 100%. Thank you very much Orlando for your great service”

“Joe did a fantastic job replacing the windshield on my Subaru Outback. He went above and beyond dealing with my insurance company (which gave me the run around) and even arranged to have the collision system recalibrated in his shop so I didn't have to take it elsewhere. I would highly recommend Expert Auto Glass.”
