The hydro massage has been broken for almost a month, and they’re only running one instead of two. The wait time is ridiculous — not worth having a Black Card at this location if they can’t keep things working. Tonight, someone was just sitting there on their phone, and when I asked the front desk to turn it on for me, she turned it on for them instead and told me to wait. Never had issues with other staff, so she’s probably new. the guy with glasses always does a great job, so I’m guessing he was off tonight.

The little 3 foot clown with a mustache who works there is super annoying and rude, guy thinks he owns the place and swaggers around like he does. And the old lady who works at night is always giving you dirty looks. Both of them are extremely rude and disrespectful and have said multiple offensive things to me and others. FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

I have been here for the first time and it is very very Clean! The tanning beds are up-to-date as well as the locker room is neat and tidy. I highly suggest this Gym.

Just wanted to leave a crucial review about BILL. Today I ran in quick work was very busy I was tired!! I left my wallet with all my beneficial info and credit cards and a large amount of money, and bill called me and said he found it. I offered to give him money as a finders fee. He declined and said he doesn’t want anything!! I appreciate you man and btw the place is always clean and perfect for working out!!

I love that this gym is in very close proximity to my home it feels like a “neighborhood” gym the staff is nice. however as stated in previous post the bathrooms and equipment seems to not be well kept. it’s a VERY small gym which I don’t mind but the equipment is dated and the same machines have been out of order for weeks now. For it to be so small each wall in the lifting areas should have mirrors On them.. I go to the gym 4/5 days a week and MORE than half the gym is cardio machines that i feel are a waste of space. One side should be cardio and the rest for updated(new) machines. Many of my friends drive to other PFs nearby for this reason. The Ab workout room is VERY small the floor space can fit Nomore than 2/3 ppl comfortably. Some ppl have to workout in the hallway7. I’ve been to other PFs that have hip thrust machines, pendulum squat machines, T- Bar rows and more. If you are an intermediate to advanced lifter you will grow out of this gym quickly. I like this gym but it does need updating. I look forward to the updated layouts I see at other PFs!!

Plenty of space at E. Hartford location. They've added some new machines for more variety.

Filthy. Dirty. Dusty. Literally didn’t even want to use to the bathroom in there. Staff is nice but I wouldn’t go back because it’s just too dirty in there.

Nice facility, was trying it out but I noticed the the staff do not walk around and wipe down, dust, clean the machines and definitely not the male and female bathrooms while we were there. We talked to some of the other members to see if we wanted to make this our permanent gym and they also said the bathrooms and shower areas are always dirty.
We will try as guests again to see if we like it or not.

Front desk staff were kind and very welcoming! Very clean facility. A lot of new equipment. You can tell this team takes pride in their gym.

It’s such a good Gym. Some people come to this location even if in their town another Planet Fitness is available.
