Ordered a dozen roses with accent flowers and was sent a bouquet with only 3 roses and the rest of the flowers were carnations. I tried reaching the store manager who refused to return my calls. I had to reach out to corporate customer service for any amount of help, they opened a case and gave the manager 48 hours to respond and I never heard back. My mistake for not supporting a local florist.

2025 promo for a free dipped cone treat didn't work. Walked in, got the dipped strawberry cone in hand, tried the email code, walked out with nothing. Claimed it didn't work . Unsubscribed from their mailing list for the deceptive tactic

Balloons arrived a day earlier to be safe. They deflated in in less than 24 hours . This was for a special birthday for my wife. Pedro, the manager, let me know they would make things right. Keep you posted! I have pictures but can’t post here.
Didn’t make things right! They arrived in the afternoon. Next day for party!! $54!!!! Are you kidding me!!! Never heard from them again!

Andre from the the Southington location was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. I was going to order online but had some questions so I called the store first. He was able to answer all of my questions and helped me by taking my order over the phone. I will definitely be using this location again. Can't wait to see how the arrangement comes out.

Very poor customer service. Friends send me an arrangement I never received.they insisted they did. They delivered it to wrong house. No reimbursment for either party. Wouldn't recommend!!!!

So I went to the edibles in Southington Connecticut around 5:25 PM and the girl that was attending the audible store took more than 15 minutes to attend me when I asked her if it had anything available basket her response said that they had just chocolate cover fruits, and not other baskets it’s so sad that when people come out of work in the afternoon and not able to be able to call and make arrangements, they have nothing to be able to have ready. I asked her if she could make me a small basket. And refused to do it, because it was already late in the afternoon. Unfortunately, it was just five and change not understanding why wasn’t able to make it done quickly for me when the store closes at 7pm. The girl was not polite not even an apology, and I ask her What could she do for me for the inconvenience and still charge me for the full amount? Or fortunately I had to take what they had due to the fact that I had to give a small give to a friend that just lost his family, it is so sad that places like this that like to get money from people and not get their business with nothing available on a certain time I would never shop in that store ever again, and I will put my money where it’s Deserve?

I purchased a Valentine's day arrangement for my wife and daughter, and I paid extra for the flowers to be added to the order. Everything was great, but sadly, the flowers started dying the very next day. I contacted customer service, and I recieved a call from the local store in less than 30 min., and they apologized and asked if another flower arrangement delivered would be good. I said, of course that would be great! Well....they shipped over literally 3 times the amount of flowers that I originally ordered, and also sent a box of complimentary frosted cookies! The flowers look amazing and my wife actually had to put them in 3 separate vases because there was so many!! Edible Arrangements has always been great, but this was above and beyond. Thank you to the Queen Street location for your excellent customer service!! It's comforting to know, that a company values their customer's satisfaction, when they pay good money for a product!!!

This specific edible arrangements is always so nice!! I like that they make everything fresh and that nothing is sitting around all day long waiting to be sold, I usually call about 45 minutes before I arrive and tell them what I want and its always ready to go!! The staff is also so sweet!!

UPDATE: As you might've already expected, the generic response from the owner that this will be investigated and is taken seriously was never looked into. I sent them again for the third time all the pertinent information pertaining to this order, and never received a response back. Again this is typical behavior of a franchisee, of Edible Arrangements. Again this is just as what corporate warned me of. So, no matter how infected your food is, or no matter how poor the order you receive is, if it's from a franchisee, forget your refund or someone ever really attempting to make it right. If you're lucky you'll get a generic copy and pasted response as I have received, with no actual follow-up actions to go along with it. Just a typical response for future possible customers to see, under the review to make them seem like they value customers and putting out a good product.Beware this is a franchise location!!! I contacted corporate customer support the day after receiving my order since I received my order on a Sunday. Before corporate support even contacted the store he put out a disclaimer saying "in case they refuse to refund could you just take me pictures of the damaged or expired or not ripened fruits"? After 30 seconds he came right back on the line and said "yes sir they refused to refund, they said they went across the street and bought the bananas and that the strawberries were also fresh". You see the strawberries in the pictures as most of them barely had any chocolate on them whatsoever! The other ones were white on the top and not ripe! Then some of them are leaking down the sides of the packaging. I spent $130 for 12 cones of dipped bananas and 12 cones of dipped strawberries. I wish I had pictures of the bananas, but they were leaking brown liquid all over my refrigerator and my girlfriend took them and threw them out because of the huge mess they were making. They were very disgusting. The inside of the bananas were all yellow and brown and just yellowish and brown mush! Very vile! They were leaking liquid from the second I got them! At which point the lying and scamming owner/manager claimed that they were just purchased bahahaha. Corporate says they have no power to give you a refund in these situationsand that it is only up to the owners, who I was made aware of, very rarely ever refund!!! So just be prepared when you go to a franchised location, like the Southington location, it doesn't matter what they give you, you are not getting a penny back no matter what you receive. This location is much like other franchise locations and they are just about the bottom line and could care less about the customers happiness and or the product that they are putting out. You have been warned! Your money will vanish, just as my $130 vanished Into thin air! As you can hell with the very few reviews, a lot of bad one's saying the same thing, just about. And then likely friends, family and workers of the business to try and bring out these extra fake reviews to bring up the star rating.Ps. I feel bad saying this as he was an older man, but we were outside when I received the shipment and I could smell him from 15 feet away. Very pungent odor.

Received an arrangement that was picture perfect! Fruit was super fresh and dipped berries were delicious. I'll be coming back all the time for gifts and to treat for myself.

Great store, they are making everything fresh when you order!! I ordered an arrangement that was done in less than 20 minutes and a box of chocolate strawberries!! It was great, the girl was very helpful too I had no idea what to order. She was telling me about some of the summer fruit that will be coming out soon and I can’t wait to get something with watermelon. I will recommend this store to everyone I know!!
