So very unaccommodating! They would refuse to hold a car for me if I didn't give them an exact time of arrival! I was asking for a window of a few hours to pick up the car! Evidently even though you are paying for the car for the day you pick it up they are unable to provide a vehicle unless you have a exact time!! Bs doesn't even make sense! Thanks for the great customer service from the Southington branch.

Manager very rude for no reason at all I thought maybe he was just having a bad day but no he was rude even calling another day idk his name but he needs to definitely get retrained on customer service

Booked a van over two weeks in advance. With 6 days notice I received a call telling us they no longer have vans. Instead of transferring it checking with other branches due to their mistake they just cancelled the reservation. Scum bags.

I've rented at this facility multiple times and have always been more than satisfied with their service! They do a very good job with communication and the process itself is very organized. They are always well prepared each time and the cars are very clean along with reliable. I would highly recommend using this facility for all of your rental needs. They are very flexible and even with you for those last minute travel needs. I want to give a huge shout out to Jeremy, John, and Mitch for their outstanding job! Well done guys!

Worse rental car place!! Made reservations and when I got to the premises they said that the do not have cars and that the MNGR called me wich was a lie check my phone in case i missed it no calls after taking an Uber and waisted time

Worse rental place ever. Better off going to Bristol. They are so arrogant and sarcastic here especially Dan. You reserve a car and if you’re not there by 9 AM they give it away. Which if that’s your policy fine but it doesn’t say that anywhere. Then they said they would have a car for me in an hour and I’m still waiting. Had to cancel the reservation and take my own car against my companies wishes. Next time I know to go somewhere else. I hate companies that know you don’t have options and have no customer service at all. Stay away go to any other enterprise but this one.

John at the Southington location went above and beyond to make sure my rental experience went smoothly. I appreciate the time he took to break everything down. Called before and after rental to make sure all went well. Definitely using them again and recommend this location and it's staff!!!!

I have had a positive experience with Enterprise. Staff allows for timely pick up of a rental car with little hassle. The vehicles are clean and well maintenanced. The agency is reasonably and staff will work with customers to address any concerns. The Southington branch in particular has treated me well.

-10I am so great full that I was treated like complete garbage by a manager today . I rented a car for less than 24 hours and let me first say I have a sinus infection so I can't really smell. I never attempted to sit in back seat or even opened the back doors .When I went to return the vehicle the manager let me leave so I assumed I was all set and I can leave . Oh boy was I wrong , instead he charged me a 300 hundred dollar cleaning fee and he claimed there was p*** in the back seat . First off how disgusting that I was rented a car that had p*** In The back seat. I am disgusted and disappointed that enterprise even allowed me to rent this vehicle with this in it. I called enterprise multiple times and tried to settle this situation with the manger instead he told me to come clean the back seat , I told him no bc this is not my issue nor should he let this car leave the lot with feces In the back seat. Luckily me he hung up on me twice.I am beyond livid and I hope enterprise records these conversations.moral of this story is do not rent cars from Southington enterprise and certainly don't expect Andres (the manager) to help with any issue. He will basically blame you and say tough luck . I'm concerned for my health after entering that vehicle, I will be going to my doctor and talking to a lawyer. Peace Out Southington enterprise I hope you take my money and actually clean that vehicle so no one else will be affected by this !

-5. I was able to book a car online and later called in for a pick up. The rep mentioned he doesn’t have that class or anything higher. He mentioned he will call me back with options. The guy was so courteous that he never bothered to call back.I have been a Enterprise person for last 15 yrs, now thinking about alternatives.

Absolute worst experience of my life! If i could give them less than a star, I would. The vehicle they gave me reeked of weed-my children could not stand getting in the car. The car was dirty and had numerous stains on the inside. It also took over a week for them to provide me a vehicle even though the insurance comapny had notified them the day of the accident. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The representatives and manager were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. My rental car was needed due to my car being totaled, and they were beyond awful to me even though I was calling them constantly while I had their awful rental for well over a month. I called them to question a charge on my card and the manager flat out called me a liar during our conversation. So unprofessional and very disrespectful. I would not at all recommend using them for your rental needs.
