No one was available to serve me. The Walgreens cashier was playing on her phone completely oblivious to her surroundings. I'm going to a real FedEx location to handle my business.

Love this service that’s offered here! But I’m not sure if leaving the customers package on the counter & walking away after you scanned it is a great idea. Does not make me feel confident about leaving my package with you..

I am giving it a four even though it is understaffed and FedEx should be ashamed of themselves! The person working did a terrific job handling 6 people trying to get in and out during their lunch breaks. She was by herself the week before when I was in there and overwhelmed as well. But she kept smiling and apologizing even though it wasn't her fault. She did an outstanding job! Again FedEx correct your staffing!!!!!! To that staff member the four stars are for you!!!
