I would suggest choosing anyone other than frontier in Southington, CT. I have downed communication lines that are blocking my driveway and yard for my tenants. The lines are laying on the ground and other 3-4 ft off of the ground. Frontier thinks a 1 week response time is acceptable. Clearly customer service is at the bottom of their priority list. It seems they care about getting a payment from you, and then after that their services are dead in the water. Will never recommend them to anyone, nor will I use them again. Terrible.
