Honestly this was my home store .not what it used to be since they got rid of the old staff. No inventory place startinng to look like its going out. Sad the new people are just trying to get a paycheck and not realy careing for the gamer.

Been waiting here when it was supposed to be open for over an hour. No one is running the store. The door is locked, and no one is answering the phone. Incredibly unprofessional.

Store is closed during operation hours and the store next door said its been closed for a while but online it showed as an operating location and I had made an online purchase for pickup and its all locked up

I can only give this establishment 3 out of 5 stars. BUT this is only because I have not been there yet. But in just reading all if the reviews, all butv2 were absolutely positive. Thinking the negative one was more personal than retail. Don't understand how there could be so many great reviews then this one guy said the manager was rude. Sorry but just don't see it.

I went to go get a "refurbished" ps4 at this location. I asked for a newer regular ps4 console. They said they had one that was just traded in last week. I thought this was amazing. I buy it for 158 dollars and I'm exited. I go home and I find out that this is not at all what I thought I purchased. First off it was a slim ps4 which I did not want, second it wasn't even refurbished. It was like someone sold it to them and they straight up boxed it. Idk how to post pics on here but there was dust all over and fingerprints on the top. This was not refurbished.

The staff is always so friendly. And will go out of there way to help you. And the manager is always nice. I can tell shes a manager because she is always Directing employees on what todo as she is doing something herself. Its crazy how nice a store can be when the staff works together. 10/10 best gamestop i have been to.

1 STAR FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT AND RUDE EMPLOYEE/CUSTOMER SERVICEI recently purchased a Nintendo Switch (OLED model) at this location (Thursday, Jan. 13th, 2022) and unfortunately had to return it the following day after noticing that the edge of the console had a chip in it.When I went to return the system the next day (Friday, Jan. 14th, 2022), I spoke to a lady with glasses that initially refused to take the product back because she “felt” there was nothing wrong with it even after I had showed her the chip.(My receipt says “Jamie”, so I assume this is the employee’s name.)She felt that since there was nothing wrong with the functionality of the system itself, that I should stop being a “perfectionist” and keep the product.She went on to say that “the way it comes off the conveyor belt” is out of their control (whatever that means…?) and that if there is nothing wrong with the gameplay, that there is nothing she can do.She added that their “Open Box Policy” does not allow them to take back any products that have been opened, HOWEVER, the Nintendo Switch boxes are not sealed, taped, or plastic wrapped… so the boxes can be opened and closed at any time, and you cannot tell the difference.Finally, she recommended I leave and go to another GameStop to attempt to exchange my product, though, after enough push back she DID end up exchanging my system.The “new” system had a piece of tape on it after she opened the box to examine it and just said, “I don’t know how that got there” - which is fine, but makes it seem as if I am being sold a previously opened or used system.After SHE opened the “new” box she writes, “NO RETURN, OPEN SYSTEM” on my receipt. My receipt also says that my reason for return is: Did Not Like”, when in fact, it was due to a CHIPPED CONSOLE.I’ve been a customer & member for many years, but this was an exhausting and upsetting experience, and I don’t plan on visiting this location again.ATTENTION: If you purchase a Nintendo Switch OLED model, make sure your box DOES NOT have a number 8 on it - this is the CHIPPED CONSOLE! (The boxes there are numbered.)

I'm very impressed with Gamestop, the staff was super helpful & knowledgeable.. It's refreshing to go to a store & the staff actually knows what you are talking about..and are also nice!! Great customer service. Always find, what we are looking for. We love Gamestop!

The employees here are amazing and always ready to help you with whatever you need. They are always friendly and can answer any questions you may have. I love shopping here because it is nice to shop where the employees always greet you with a smile.

The manager at this store, Jamie is very disrespectful and was not helpful at all. She was rude and refused to help us because she was “too busy” when she was just on her phone the whole time. It was such a horrible experience that I will not be shopping at this store anymore.
