I ordered Kitchen Cabinets on 05/08/2021. When cabinets were received it was mid July, 2021. Cabinets were all broken they were sitting in my living room for 6 weeks. Refuse to return my money it was floating somewhere in their system. Had to pick different ones at a higher cost. It's been a back and forth with Home Depot. It's February 1st 2022 and they can't deliver a couple of cabinet pieces that are owed to me unbroken. Honestly at this point I just want my money back. If Home Depot can't have responsible reliable company's that can comply with order's people are placing they shouldn't be taking their money. Consumer affairs should be over seeing Home Depot for all the bad transaction's they are doing to people that trusted them. I know we are many it's not just me.

The store has everything I need. I go online, find what I need, and can find out exactly where the items are kept in the store. Sometimes I order for pick up, either in the store or curbside pick up. When I want to see the items first I can click to send the location to my phone and go grab it, touch it, measure it, fit it and check it all out. I can read the reviews and the price before I go to the store. No sticker shock in the store. If it's too much I can wait or prepare how I'm going to pay before I get to the register. Home Depot makes shopping easy so I can get in and out. I can spend more time on my projects and less time shopping for my stuff!

I've never really had to many problems here the building materials head guy been there as long as I remember and the plumbing guy knows his stuff. Other depts have had a lot of turn over. the customer service desk has 2 specific people that ARE NOT people persons they need to be stocking shelves. IMHO the registers are a joke with a push to self check out, but I usually find at least 1 register open. I understand the volume at this store has signifigently dropped over the yrs. still all in all its a great store and I'm happy its close to home.

Went here with my mother to get a new fridge as ours broke. The man who helped us was very helpful, kind and patient. We got a great deal on a new fridge!

Why have any employees when everyone is chatting you ask a question and receive the look of why are you interrupting and only self checkout that does not work without needing employee intervention for simple scanning and payment

I have not been very impressed with the store. I have had mixed luck getting help when I needed it. There've been a couple of times I've lucked out and got a clerk who really knew their stuff, but most times I get sent in the wrong direction. On a recent trip I stood for over 10 minutes waiting for assistance at the paint counter. Several staffers had walked by me and even made eye contact, but did not offer to help. I finally asked someone at customer service to call the clerk, and continue to wait a several more minutes before she even picked up the intercom. I gave up and walked out. I spent a total of a half hour in the store trying to get two items and was not able to acquire either. I immediately went to the nearby big box hardware competitor and was in and out in 10 minutes

Still haven't heard from Home Depot except for the reply on Yelp expressing sorrow for their lousy service. I called this morning, was put on hold, and finally got someone who promised to "look into it". Still not impressed.

I definitely think this is best of Home Depot's in the area. We've received the best service and the products we are looking for are always in stock. We stopped in on July 4 to pick up some flowers. And not only were they happily open, they were serving up free hotdogs. And we had just painted some of our bathroom and our dog sat down square in the paint. We happened have to the dog with us and one of the associates noticed the paint all over the dog gave us a bottle of Krud Kutter to clean up the dog on the house.

I'm rating for husband because he said it was the best Home Depot that he's ever been to. The customer service was great. It was clean and well stocked. Items were put in the correct bins. Yay for management and workers there. Keep it up! To make sure you know which store, this Home Depot is in Southington on route 10.
