GoodWill Southington is my Go-To location for any thrift finds. The store is very well maintained, clean and organized. The staff is always pleasant and eager to assist customers. You never know what treasures you will find, but GoodWill Southington is my favorite!

Prices are CRAZY. Half empty bottle of vo5 shampoo for 1.99. First of all why? Secondly a brand new bottle of that is a dollar at Walmart! $1 hot wheels cars for $5-7 each. Saw an item priced 7.99 with a savers sticker underneath for 2.99. Make it make sense.

Staff was very friendly
The last who helped me was very patient as I looked at quite a bit in the case
She had a smile on and was happy to help
Prices seem to still be at regular store prices while send to be what's happening lately with USED ITEMS!
some shoes were still at 10/15$ and they had so much damage to them
Furniture area definitely needed to be cleaned up
I go to this location often and don't really find much of anything. Maybe 1 item that is still over priced

I'm incredibly disappointed ?. My daughter and I were here from out of state, online it says they were open until 9-PM, on the door it said they were open until 9PM. There were 3 employees talking and fooling around at the register when we walked in the door, they said nothing. We started looking at things and the young man got in the intercom and said it was 8:10 PM and they were closed. I go to the store every time I come to Connecticut. I will not anymore. Maybe you should change your hours online and on the entry door. This was at the Southington store.
