“I love shopping at Michael's. Have I said this before? Yes I have, yes. ? I went yesterday on an outing for the very first time in like five years. I’m disabled and I cannot stand for too long so Covid did me a favor and I do everything online. But I cannot believe all of the changes that have taken place! . One register only cash. Three huge screen self registers. I asked for help because I had some items that were on clearance but we know how people put things back all over the place so I had to make sure. The young lady who assisted me was Madyson. Yes, Madyson. She was so spectacular and so helpful to this old bag of bones. She helped me ring, she asked if I wanted to apply for their credit card which I did and I got approved so woo hoo. ? She helped walk me to the car and put my things in the trunk. She was simply the best. Michael’s give that young lady a raise for demonstrating exceptional customer service!! Madyson 10 **********!! ?”
“This store always has something interesting to update your home decor or if you need party supplies, craft supplies, fabrics and sewing needs. Also has a huge selection of hobby items for adults and children. I love to go there even when I don't need anything. There's always beautiful seasonal items that are hard to resist”

“I really like Michael’s. They have great crafts for kids and oil paint, brushes and canvases for me. They also have a nice selection of yarns, needles and hooks. The only thing they lack is a fabric and notions dept.”
“Stopped by recently and the person running the store was very helpful and brought out a bunch of singles that I could look through. I also accidentally left my toploaders there on and I was able to grab them when I showed up the next morning. Very much appreciate the staff!”
