“Some of my all time favorite things can be found in this store, from a great selection of watercolor and alcohol pens, paints, and pencils to high quality paper, canvases, and more. Even the stock of impulse buy items from keychain rings, little toys and curiosity things are cool- and they've got these great candy choices. But my wife had pointed out out after each visit over the past year or two that we're for all intents and purposes completely ignored and even when trying to interact with someone when cashing out it does feel as if dealing with paying customers is way down on the list of things to be enthusiastic about.
We all have our good days and bad, but this feels like a long term trend.
I hope during our next visit that maybe that'll begin to improve.
All things considered, I love the store. I only wish that the people who work there felt half as good about being there.”

“Nice selection of fabrics and the store is neat. Customer service is friendly and helpful. The only thing missing is price scanners. If you want to know the price of something, you have to go to the register to find out. Makes things inconvenient for the shoppers and employees.”

“This GameStop in Meriden is not your typical GameStop but like in the best possible way. It has the welcoming vibe of a local card and game shop vibe while still having the inventory and resources of a big corporate store.
Claire is always incredibly helpful, and you can really tell she has a genuine passion for what she does. She goes out of her way to answer questions, make recommendations, and help track things down. Like even called stores to verify stock and was down on her literal knees to fix a printer so a personal more knowledgeable about a topic could answer questions
Cedric and Naomi have helped us many times as well, from teaching us different card games to working on building and supporting local gaming communities. You don’t always see that level of involvement and enthusiasm at a chain store
