I definitely had a bad experience. I needed a product that was high up so a ladder was needed. I asked a young lady who worked at Home Depot who was in front of me for help. To begin with, she didn't answer me when I greeted her. Then she told me that that's not her area. So I asked her if she could call someone to move the ladder? She told me you can move it yourself. So I pushed the ladder myself and took what I was looking for. Finally, I said thank you and she didn't answer. I said thank you again because I thought she didn't hear me. She didn't answer me either and she looked at me with contempt. Surely because I'm Latino, that's racism. Disappointed, I went to the competing store to look for the rest of the materials. Thank God I found friendly staff willing to help the customer.

Item I bought on line said it was in stock. I had a plumber working at my house to go pick it up, to no avail. It wasn't in stock. Another Home Depot next town over had it, so, other than that, everything went well. Thanks!

This store use to be neat and orderly allowing customers to freely move especially in main aisles. It is what I liked about this store. The store is now a mess and basically a safety hazard. There are displays in the center of aisles. The aisle where the light bulbs are located also has displays. Walking down that aisle I found grid lock. People wanting bulbs stopped on one side because the other side also had people that couldn't move. There was a line of customers waiting to check out lined up down the main aisle and if you inadvertently were walking down that aisle you were stuck and couldn't move because the displays down the middle prevented movement to get out of line. There must have been managerial changes and now the new leadership just doesn't care about what a mess the store is or the safety of the customers.

Good place to pickup small stuff. If you need lumber or sheetrock, it's hard to find a cart. Lowest is a little farther away for me, but can always get a cart there

One of the better Home Depots. Usually has the stock shown on website. More friendly and helpful. Not a total mess like Waterbury a few miles away. Home Depot App sucks though.
