I’ve been to a lot of Home Depots within the last year and this location was by far the kindest staff. One guy offered me a cart while I was carrying large bins and then the woman at self checkout scanned my bins for me, helping me expedite checkout.

PURCHASED A TOILET BOWL ONLIINE HOME DEPOT AND AS IT SHIPPED, HASNT ARRIVED AT MY HOME YET IT DROPPED $100 ONLINE AND THEY REFUSE TO CREDIT ME BACK THE $100. THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE ME RETURN THE ITEM AND PURCHASE IT AGAIN?????? WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SENSE DOES THIS MAKE?

They seem to have a decent stock of useful items, but many things are locked up, which adds a lot of time when trying to run in to buy something quick. There were no employees in the area. I had to find someone and they paged someone else... rather annoying, and it took a long time.

Made moving truck reservation 3 Business Days ago, online confirmed on the day before, still was turned away on the day of the moving, making it extremely inconvenience, but the rental department employees were responding sarcastically with no apology, simply state the rental are never guaranteed, reservations is not guaranteed nothing they can do about it. Then the refund took a lot of days to go back to the card, I think this is really poor service

Love this Home Depot - employees are wonderful! I wish there wasn't a need to lock everything up because it takes much longer to shop but no fault of the store, it's unfortunately a sign of the times.

So I came in store and had some stuff on sold that I needed . Something happen to the item (mistakes happen. ) but the reason for 5 star is ,Justin the manager fixed the situation and for that I love Homedepot and will continue to be a loyal customer

I received a phone call on Thursday’s saying my order is in “special order” I arrived Saturday and checked in with customer service person. They said it would be out in 15 minutes I waited about 30 minutes and was checked in by JENN from customer service every 10 minutes to say they are working on it. Then finally after 30 minutes she said I’ll go get myself and she walked back and “literally dragged” my order to me because forklift guy wasn’t available. Huge shoutout to JENN thanks so much not the first time you helped me out :-) she deserves a raise lucky to have her.!!
