Staff is friendly and helpful. They make any DYI projects a LOT easier! Better yet, their prices are CHEAPER THAN AMAZON! I was expecting the opposite! Great experience all around!

Great staff. I wanted to buy an entire pallet of stone but I couldn't take it all in one trip because it weighed over 1000 pounds. I asked at the service desk what I could do. The gentlemen explained I could pay now and pick up whatever I could load and come back how many times I needed. Someone also helped me load the bags into my truck. 63 fifty pound bags. Very grateful for the help and service.

0/2 for curbside pick up. They both times apologize that they didn’t see it and nothing “went off.” Please fix your system or don’t offer curbside pick up.

I went there to buy wood the other day and it was all moldy so I had to go to another Home Depot and their wood was moldy. I finally found another Home Depot and their wood was good. I bought extra in case I needed it so I was near Southington On Saturday, I figured I would return it rather than go all the way back to the other place to make matters even worse I get there at 9:03 and they’re closed I thought Home Depot was open till 10 o’clock always. I checked another Home Depot in Bristol and found out they’re open till 10 so I rushed there in order to get rid of the wood and I was trying to get back to my storage area which shuts down at 10 and guess what, I’m three minutes late so I can’t access my storage area now until tomorrow. That’s a problem because I was planning unloading my truck and leaving sometime tonight after I had my truck all loaded up now I have to wait till tomorrow and it’s putting me a day behind. Thank you once again, Home Depot , I guess you’ve lost me as a customer that was the final straw or should I say Mail in your coffin?

Really love this store but for the love of God please stop letting solar companies into the store! I'd love to just shop without each time I come in to have to deal with the guy trying to see me solar panels each time
