Great customer service from Kelley in the paint department. She went above and beyond to fix a can of Deck Over that was improperly mixed in the Waterbury Home Depot. It was a perfect match and I was able to finish my deck that day. Great attitude and service.

I want to take the moment to thank Crystal, she turned a poor customer service experience into excellent service this is the kind of leader ship and management that Home Depot needs.

I have been remodeling my house for a year and have been using this location for most of my purchases. But my last 2 experiences have been frustrating and not very pleasant. Their staff truly doesn't know how to properly handle their customers, management are rude and inconsistent and their customer service really have no clue on how they handle questions and complaints. Their corporate office should come in and do a complete retraining with EVERYONE!!!!!

Sean the manager is never around, the employees are always asking you if you need help, when you're on the way to the register, but while on the aisles they pretend to be busy and ignoring customers. In this particular store the employees keep pacing the aisles while keeping an eye on minorities as if they were shoplifters, what a shame.

Contractor contacted me and kept me informed as to when advisor would show up. There was no push to presentation, allowing us to see our options. Although costs moved us to go in a different direction, I would recommend using this service.

I remodeled my whole house but what I'm most proud of is my kitchen I love how it came out and I love how much I paid for the whole project! Half of what I would have spent at Lowe's

Customer service during my last visit on Friday was horrendous at the registers! Only self check out and the pro checkout were open, of which there were lines at least 4 customers each. I get that if there's limited cashiers, they get put on self check out. But there were TWO cashier's on a 4 station self check out. One cashier wasn't doing anything except standing at the control panel yelling orders at Wendy (who was trying to manage the chaos but really needs to learn how to multi-task). The other cashier never moved a foot. Also, EVERY screen said, "waiting for attendant." Yes I made a point to look because I was wondering why the lines were so long, and why every machine was having issues. To make it worse, my fiancee yelled, "watch out" to Wendy so she wouldn't walk into her... spoiler alert! She walked into her. People were also leaving empty handed due to the long lines. No apologizes, no urgency, and total chaos. This Home Depot really dropped the ball on this visit!

I shop at home depot almost everyday and I must say it's way better then Lowe's but there is this one guy at the pro desk by the name of Gary must hate his job he never helps me when ever I go to the pro desk he pretends that I'm not even there the other day I wanted to put some plumbing items in the bid room and he was speaking with another contractor so I waited and the contractor turned around to me and said he can help you we just b s ING ok so I started to put the items on the desk and he was just looking at me like if he wanted me to go to another regester not saying a word to me so I said I would like to put this in the bid room he literally rolled his eyes and continue talking to the contractor so the employee behind him must of noticed the he ignored me and asked me do I need help and helped me the bid room I really pissed me off so I spoke with a manager and he told me that he will speak with him. He relay shouldn't treat any one like this and if he don't like his job he should quit it's work buddy I literally drive by this home depot now and go to the Bristol hd now and for now on

Home Depot at this point for me is almost a location that you don't really need to review. It's Home Depot, most people don't care and don't have time to deal with you. The people working the isles seem to take it personally, customer service is spot on here, only short falling is the registers where it feels like it is a rotation of incompetence. Garden center is a little smaller than what i am used to, they are decently quick on paint nothing really spectacular and seem to always have someone in tools and hardware. Keys - might as well make your own and parking is a little less than what i am used to at a super box store.

I come here often during the lunch hour to pick up a few things. This store is great! The employees are helpful, there's always someone asking if you need help and the store has pretty much what you need. I save a ton of time coming here during the week. It's great if you need some lumber cut or if you need assistance with locating an item or ordering something. Returns are a breeze. Checkouts are efficient. They always have someone near the self checkout if an issue arises. The parking lot is big. There are a good number of contractors that visit during the day. All in all, a good Home Depot.

Definitely a great choice in Home Depot locations. Right off the highway and in its own lot, this home depot is a convenient location. The parking is plentiful with a huge parking lot, and the building is huge sharing no space with neighboring businesses. The outdoor area is the largest I have been too and the staff is friendly and always points me to the location when I need to find something. Prices are the same as other home depots and the self checkout here is always open with few lines. The main entrance has a light and the side entrance has a stop sign. Due to the light, I rarely have any trouble getting in or out of this location. I had to return something once and there was no problem in doing it (I had my receipt and it had only been one day). Unless you are a Lowes fanatic, this home depot is a great stop for "Do it yourself" products.
