“Great experience with our quartz installation. Kitchen counters, island top and two vanities (an oversized single and a double). The undermount sinks are perfect. The entire job was affordable and done very professionally. We would recommend to family and friends.”

“Professional and friendly team. I met them and discussed what I wanted for a new kitchen. They walked me through the process and designed my dream kitchen. They worked with me and guided me throughout the selection process. Most importantly, they respected my budget while delivering a beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend!”

“From when we first sat down with Brian to the completion of our kitchen cabinets, everything was top notch . We had our initial meeting to discuss what we wanted. He spent 2 hours with us going over every detail. He took lots of notes and came back with an estimate that was right where we discussed. The installers were professional and communicated with us throughout the install. Any questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Couldn’t be happier!”

“We arrived at the showroom unannounced and without an appointment. Andy was in the parking lot, ready to go for the day, but he came back into the showroom and helped us. You don't find customer service like that very much these days. Thank you Andy!”

1290 Farmington Ave, Berlin CT 06037
“My wife and I purchased stair railings from Lyon and Billard for our front steps. The sales rep Glenn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. He was also able to recommend an installer who was familiar with them as well. On installation day, there were additional items needed, which Glenn picked up at the supplier, and brought to our house himself. This was greatly appreciated. We couldn't be happier with the results.”

101 Massirio Dr, Berlin CT 06037
“The Berlin location is great, everyone in there is very knowledgeable and it makes the logistical side of our trade a lot easier. Ed was very helpful setting me up with an account and made it very easy for me to quote up a few big jobs for my business. Ed is very knowledgeable and knew what I needed for my order before even asking for it. He has helped me many times before finding the exact part I need for a job. Very much recommend Plimpton and Hills!”

“Very cool store with a ton of great ideas and options for bathrooms. All the staff were very friendly. I loved that they had areas where you could actually test faucets and shower heads. Amazing idea!”
