Such a sweet store with all kinds of goodies and supplies to choose from. The lady working in there was also super nice. Wish I had my dog with me when I went in!

Was passing by and stopped in. Adorable store. Great selection of goodies for your pet! We got ours a puppy cannoli and frozen yogurt and she loved it! The cakes looked incredible also. We asked about the dog wash area and will certainly be back for that! So glad we stopped in!

best dog shop around - incredibly friendly and caring staff. dog wash is so accessible and easy to use (though sometimes you have to wait a short amount because it is popular - but not an issue with all the coffee and food stores in factory square!) - great selection of treats and toys.

if you're looking for a self wash station, L&Bs has one of the best deals in town. Not only is the location VERY well maintained, it's staffed by a very friendly associate...AND the bath comes with a free (dog) cookie!

Great selection! Very friendly! Super clean & cute!! They even have a bath station! Next door they have coffee and cupcakes! Make sure to ask for Lesa when you go, she’s the best!

Such a great store! The employees remember me by name and know what dog food my dogs eat. I stopped in for food and unfortunately they were out. She told me when it was expected in and called me on that day to remind me. Southington is lucky to have this great store and employees!

Such a great place to go! They have many fresh baked treats and goodies for dogs, bones, and pet accessories. The location right off the trail is perfect. This is my dog's absolute favorite place to go and he drags me right in when walking on the trail. Definitely try it out!

I had the best customer experience here! I can in wanting to bathe my dog and the staff was so sweet and helpful during it. I was really impressed and I don’t take the time to review normally but felt like I had to today. They even gave my pup a cookie that looks like a mini pepperoni pizza! Nicest staff ever! Highly recommend!!

Great store to spoil your pets. Very friendly staff. Small and loaded with a variety of homemade treats that my dog enjoyed extremely. Even has a self bathe your dog while your there! And much more!!! I will be back.

Beyond ECSTATIC for this new location conveniently located in downtown Southington! It’s a perfect spot for a quick dog wash while walking the trail and has a ton of natural dog treats, birthday cakes, toys etc. The owner is so lovely and was able to get our dog food (which is hard to find) from one of her suppliers and I am beyond grateful for this. We were driving 20 minutes (each way) every month to get their food from a different store which became cumbersome. Go visit this spot - you won’t regret it!
