Love the store and the salespeople but if you need to call on the phone you are OUT OF LUCK.

Lowe's in Southington is the most incompetent store ever! Dishwasher I ordered 3 weeks ago was "suposed " to be delivered today between 2 & 6:00. That never happened and no one can tell me where it is. After being put on hold for 50 min, then hung up on, I went to the store. No answers for me. Complete incompetence!!

Go to home improvement store. Jess in customer service is a great manager and always solves any issues. Sean in pros department is always helpful.
