Called for service on our gas range, quick response. Ryan came out, put in one part and said it needed another part. It has now been over 2 months and nothing has happened. I contacted the CA firm that is the dealer for the range and parts and they said the part is available. Ryan said he has had trouble getting the part. In two months he has responded once via email saying he should have the part in a week that was a month ago. They don't answer their phone or emails. I don't know what their problem is other than the worst customer service ever. I would never recommend them to anyone. We have purchased a new range but won't have it for Thanksgiving. Our non-working range cost $3,000 and now the new one if $3,500. What an incredible waste of money

Ryan is the absolute best! Our dishwasher motor died a few days before Thanksgiving but Ryan was able to get the part we needed in a day and come back on Thanksgiving Eve and install it. Much to be thankful for!

i've had Ryan out here twice and he has been fantastic. shows up when he says, very friendly and good communicator, came back promptly with the parts and had zero issues. i'm surprised at the other reviews. i couldn't be happier with him. i don't give 5 stars lightly, but he deserves them.

Ryan came out to fix my dryer. He was great. Quick fix and I’m drying clothes again. Will call him again in the future for sure.

I've been waiting for parts for months, Ryan keeps saying they are on backorder. Now Whirlpool says nothing they can't do anything about it because he waited so long the refrigerator is no longer under warranty and nothing they can do. Nice game he played and shame on you Whirlpool for not doing anything about it.

Good diagnosis scheduling, have not been able to get in contact with them for updates since. WE HAVE NO WORKING REFRIGERATOR. I cannot express how upsetting that is. I would understand if there was communication. Any explanation. Nothing for over a week.

They will answer the first time you call, just to get that diagnosis fee. But after that good luck getting in contact with them. It's been about 2 months and counting...
