“Mitian was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and quick. He answered all my questions and set up my phone. My only other feedback is that I don’t know if AT&T has a dress code but he was wearing torn jeans and I didn’t find that to appropriate.”
“I was reminded that my replacement glass protector would only be 12 dollars. Then, I was directed to some new phone cases and he recommended one that would be in your warranty program. He demonstrated the kickstand on the phone cases very helpful but not pushy. I’ll be back!”

Not only did we get a more affordable bill we also added a third line for our granddaughter and great promotional free phone. Come see Ethan also the District Manager is phenomenal and very hands on.”

I think it’s a corporate scam that ATT allows third party scam artist use there credentials at Target in my case , I feel corporate does this due to greed its a scam
Thanks to Hector and the other rep who got this phone up and running I learned I was scammed and that those people in Target are like a third party. Hector actually was at a food Festival and he helped me soon as I asked I couldn’t get in my acct passcode wouldn’t reset he quickly resolved this issue even though I feel Att is just as bad as T mobile Hector is the reason I decided to give Att another chance to change my view as I was warned about this cell company

The people that I have delt with over the years have been great, but today was exceptional. I inadvertently downloaded malware rendering my phone useless.
Stopped in to see if I could get help. I was in luck Sam & Edwin ( higher level managers) were in to check in on the store. Sam cheerfully spent time trying to unbug my phone, all the while engaging me in a pleasant conversation to lower my stress and anxiety. The phone was a certifable mess however with an assist from Edwin the malware was eradicated
While I have always received great service from Cricket employees, today was beyond exceptional, thank you Sam and Edwin.”
