“Mitian was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and quick. He answered all my questions and set up my phone. My only other feedback is that I don’t know if AT&T has a dress code but he was wearing torn jeans and I didn’t find that to appropriate.”

“Getting my screen protector replaced is SO much easier and WAY more affordable than any iPhone company you can find. This guy did a perfect job replacing screen protector and my photo circle lenses on the back of my phone. AND I got a new iPhone case. All 3 for under $50 bucks! Remarkable. I have been coming here for years. Go get it! ❤️”

“I cannot speak highly enough about Josiah. He was attentive to my frustrated needs because by the time I got to him, I had a whole day of rigamoroll from trying to get out of Xfinity, I had switched to Frontier and Verizon comes with it. He was fun, thorough and responded to my needs. That keeps a customer.”

“Hector and the initial rep that works at this mall store deserve 10 stars I think it’s a corporate scam that ATT allows third party scam artist use there credentials at Target in my case , I feel corporate does this due to greed its a scam Thanks to Hector and the other rep who got this phone up and running I learned I was scammed and that those people in Target are like a third party. Hector actually was at a food Festival and he helped me soon as I asked I couldn’t get in my acct passcode wouldn’t reset he quickly resolved this issue even though I feel Att is just as bad as T mobile Hector is the reason I decided to give Att another chance to change my view as I was warned about this cell company Thanks Hector your a asset to this store and Att”

“I went in the store to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T and got matched with Dave. He attended to us immediately upon entering and he was very friendly, patient and helpful. He treated us like our business was appreciated and made the transition easy. I felt comfortable joining the AT&T family. Usually you have to ask companies to apply an employee discount but he asked ME about it first and applied it to my account. I was very very happy about that.”

421 West Farms Mall Ste 115C, Farmington CT 06032
“I originally came into the mall tonight to get quotes from other phone carriers to get a lower phone bill. I then decided to pop into T-mobile last minute to ask some questions regarding my account and to see what could be done. Will ended up being the one to help me and he was great from start to finish. He was kind, honest, and knowledgeable with the issues I presented to him regarding my account. Will even stood a little after his closing time to make sure neither of us left until the issues on my account were resolved, which I appreciated immensely because he didn’t have to do that. He cared and took the time out to explain everything and we ended up getting everything resolved, along with also changing my plan and lowering my plan to. Will is a great & very professional employee and I am so happy he was the one that was able to help me!!!”

“580 lakewood Rd. WTby 3/25/26 The people that I have delt with over the years have been great, but today was exceptional. I inadvertently downloaded malware rendering my phone useless. Stopped in to see if I could get help. I was in luck Sam & Edwin ( higher level managers) were in to check in on the store. Sam cheerfully spent time trying to unbug my phone, all the while engaging me in a pleasant conversation to lower my stress and anxiety. The phone was a certifable mess however with an assist from Edwin the malware was eradicated While I have always received great service from Cricket employees, today was beyond exceptional, thank you Sam and Edwin.”
