I am not from the area and went to this salon based on it having good reviews and being open later than others. The tech was rude and rough. My cuticle bled when she shoved it back and she never even acknowledged it, just painted around it. The gel mani is thick and bubbling and all my nails are a different shape. I’ve had many manis and this is by far the worst. Tech seemed mad to be there, honestly.

This was by far the most disappointing visit I’ve ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment with Erica after being told my usual nail tech was unavailable. When I arrived, I was informed that Erica had refused to do my nails. Instead, I was told I could see the original tech I had requested—but only if I waited an hour, despite being told earlier she wasn’t available.
To make matters worse, I was spoken to in the lobby with comments that I was “picky” and had an “attitude.” That is completely unprofessional. Of course I was upset—anyone would be after being told their appointment was refused without even the courtesy of a phone call.
When you are paying $85–$100 for a service, you expect not only quality but also basic respect and customer service. Unfortunately, this business has failed on both fronts. If you cannot treat customers with professionalism and respect, you should reconsider whether customer service is truly your field

Molly was attentive and provided excellent service. She was very gentle with my manicure. I'm very happy with how my nails turned out. The salon is clean and very inviting. Everyone is friendly.

Today I came for a pedicure Aaron was my technician and did an absolutely amazing job on my toenails and my massage I had the green tea package everything was so perfect the atmosphere everyone being so friendly all of the clients looking so restful and relaxed the technicians all smiling and being so friendly to their clients I had hip replacement surgery and my legs have been so sore from the lack of exercise and after my massage my legs did not hurt anymore thank you Aaron &pro nails and spa I will be a customer for many years to come...Chrissy😊

Everything was up to par as I wanted my pedicure was exactly what I wanted. The last time I was there wasn’t too satisfied with my pedicure. This time was spectacular. My new set came out great as well truly satisfied. 100% would recommend this salon

Always clean. Always kind. Always willing to try any crazy design I ask for. I’ve never been told, “Sorry, we can’t do that here”. The nail techs at Pro Nails will always work with their customers to make them happy!
