Currently sitting in this very hot pep boys location for 1 hour and 42 minutes. I called for an oil change and they said to bring my car in. They said they normally don't do same day appointments but took me anyway. Nadeem said my car has 2 more cars in front of it but more cars than 2 have been serviced. He mentioned the store manager is assisting cars which is not supposed to happen. I had to ask him if there were actually 2 cars in front of me. When I go to Monro they ask what oil type to put in and are usually good about servicing my car within an hour. For this oil change Nadeem said the cost is $103.

Arranged for a 4 wheel alignment. After a 1 1/2 hour wait I get the car back. The driver seat and armrest are full of grease. The inside of this vehicle is kept in new condition being my wife’s car who only puts 9 miles each way to work and back.
Now the mechanic tried cleaning it with some sort of solution that was making it worse. I told him to just leave it and I would take care of it. Now I leave and get about a 1/4 mile away and the car is doing the same thing. Walking to the right.
Now it’s back here waiting to get it back on alignment lift. Not happy.
The employees were as pleasant as can be though. So now my second time in the same day at this location. I now waited another 1 1/2 hours and the tech comes in and tells me he has to heat up the tie rod end so can tighten all the way. A 1/2 hour later a different tech comes in and tells me I need to replace both tie rod ends at $416.
I asked the young woman at the desk how they supposedly lined up the car the first time earlier if now it needs tie rod ends. She tells me the second tech is a mechanic. So was that the janitor that did the first alignment?
I told her I will take it somewhere else. Almost 4 hours and I get a car back doing the same thing I brought it in for and now have to shampoo the interior. I will be looking for my card to be credited.

Angie, the assistant manager, was great this morning. I had a schedule appt for 0800 for a tire leak and she let me know she was waiting on an employee to come in to look at my tire. After just over an hour she said she would try to see what the cause was. Shortly after she had my tire plugged and good to go all by herself. In that time frame, 3 other customers had come in for appts and all three left because in the 90 mins I was there, the employee STILL hadn’t shown up. Angie deserves a lot of recognition and praise for stepping up and doing someone else job to satisfy a customer. Corporate needs to put their foot down on the employee that didn’t show up for work and costing PepBoys revenue cancelled appts. Thanks for the help Angie !

Tim assisted my husband on the phone as well as when he got the car to the shop. He was friendly, professional & showed my husband the issue with our tires that was causing our vehicle to shake. He installed new tires, did a wheel balance & suspension check & then even took the car out for a test drive with my husband to be sure all was ok. We appreciate his excellent service. Would recommend this location.

Woman at the front desk was terribly rude! Very dismissive and disrespectful. Speaking straight through to the technicians worked better for as us we had a quick fix emergency. 5 stars for the tech, -1 for the front desk lady.

Came in at 6:25pm with a nail in the tire and without hesitation they took my vehicle right away and patched the tire. Excellent service!

If I could give this shop 0 stars I would . They completely robbed me . Somehow my vehicle ran worse after I picked it up than when I brought it in . Please never take your car here . I wouldn't even trust these "mechanics to do an oil change on your car .
I will be writing a review with the BBB as well ,speaking with the department of transportation and bureau of labor and statistics . THIS SHOP WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.

They rounded my car! I left this place with a weird sound coming from my car that was never there until i gave them my car. I kept on going back and forth asking them to check what happened and fix this problem but they kept on saying everything is fine and we tested drive the car and didn’t hear anything. I will now have to go to the dealership and pay more money from my pocket to fix something they rounded.

I stopped in yesterday afternoon to see if they could help me get a plug or patch on my tire that I got a screw in and everyone was a really great help- especially Tim. Really appreciate you guys and thanks for the quick help to get me back on the road safe ???
