I went in for bloodwork and a drug test and was impressed by how accommodating the team was, especially since there were no appointments left for the day and the drug testing window had closed. Annmarie did a stellar job handling both tests in under 10 minutes, and I didn’t feel a thing. In all my years of testing, I’ve never had such a painless experience. Thank you, Annmarie! I truly appreciate your work and will definitely return next time.

What a nightmare. Tiny waiting room. Non-functioning checkin scanners. TV blaring at 85+ decibels and staff unwilling to turn it down. I waited. They were late for my scheduled appointment. I let them know I was displeased, left, and walked into an empty quiet waiting room at LabCorp nearby. Done. Never Quest again. They get worse and worse.
PS- LabCorp is staffed by happy former-Quest refugee staffers. They tell me it's even worse than it appears at Quest...

The Girl who drew my blood was absolutely excellent. She was able to get it from my arm and she did not have to use my hand.

They make everything easy from making the appointment to getting the blood work done, and the personal were professionals and friendly

I can not believe how rude this lady was who came out of the back and literally said to me and my daughter that we can't expect to come in 2 mins before we close and expect to be seen that it just doesn't work that way.... all because I said the computer did check us in and showed her the screen. She wasn't wearing her name badge so of course didn't get her name. She had opened the door and locked us out right as we were told to leave. Will never come back here it seems no one there are professionals or they would have just done a quick prick then sent us on our way. Literally it takes 2 mins. They wanted to get out of there as quick as possible for themselves. Absolutely horrible service. The door states open until 4 pm. Unbelievable.

Terrible!!! My first bad encounter with them was when I was in the middle of my cancer treatments. I arrived at 3:30 - at 4:10 I was told to leave, they were not going to draw my blood. They closed at 5:00. Today I lost two hours waiting before I gave up. I was less upset for myself than for the gentleman that was behind me in the “stand by “. He was scheduled for open heart surgery and had no options. There were five “stand by ‘s” besides him and I and we had been waiting in excess of two hours. I have since went elsewhere where my blood was drawn in a timely manner. From here forward, I will direct my doctors to send their prescriptions to anyone but….never again will I step foot in a Quest facility!

I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life, A young woman named Jaime told me I didn’t have an appointment although I was certain I did. She mortified me in front of a crowded
room of people. I am disabled and did not deserve such treatment. I don’t usually complain but
everyone in the waiting room encouraged me to do so. I depend on people driving me to appointments, I have no recourse but to make another appointment at this location.

In general all of our local quest diagnostics give horrible service. One location forgot to take genetic bloodwork for my pregnant wife. Today we show up to a different location and all of their computers were down. So without a paper copy of the prescription they wouldn’t see us. A major company lime quest couldn’t let us know in advance of this situation. They have a monopoly on the industry and they give third world country service. Guess we’ll have to try another one.

I have never felt less than human before coming here. As a walk-in, I expected a wait. But when walk-ins AFTER me got in before me, I was understandably upset. What’s even worse is that I waited 2+ hours to be seen only to be kicked out for their lunch. Mind you I had not taken my medication nor had any food to eat so it wouldn’t mess up my results. So for them to tell me I need to wait for another hour so that THEY can eat feels incredibly disrespectful. I understand they need to eat, but so do their patients who don’t eat or drink so their bloodwork isnt messed up. I’m debating even going back because this was ridiculous. Why has it become so hard to get normal things done.

I entered the building atv11:46 and no one was there- i had no appointment and registered, a patient walked out and a clinical person followed and went to the computer and turn to me and said "we're closed @noon" and I said I was here before 12 and she said too bad you don't have an appointment and turned away. Her name is Annie. How rude is that I told her that I will report her rudeness and she said go ahead. For now on I will use labcorp on 1131 west street no appointment needed.
