This review is for Tom who I always see when I’m there working to stock and organize all the shelves . Not a usual thing to leave a review for a grocery store but I felt this was a must . He is so helpful and when an item is in sale and isn’t available sometimes I’ll ask him and he’ll immediately stop what he’s doing to help
That’s so courteous and I think it’s what makes shopping at this ShopRite better than the rest because of people like Tom
I’m glad I saw his name on his uniform to be able to leave this review , ShopRite should know how exceptional he is and be proud to have him , Thanks Tom if you get tho see this … he’ll be clueless who I am but I still wanted to say it ….

Sales could be handled more professionally. While I can appreciate they do a Thursday-Saturday sale, the patrons are out of control and the staff is turning a blind eye. Don't get me wrong, this store is typically excellent when they are not promoting a special sale. Though porterhouse steaks were on sale, and a limited quantity were located in the coolers, I found the majority of discarded steaks today in the cereal aisle. I called the store to express my concerns and was immediately dismissed by their customer service department. I hate to say, hit stop and shop or price chopper before you hit ShopRite. Prices aren't worth the headache.

The deals are good the foods good but everytime I do a pick up order I have to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to bring over my order. I have to call the store everytime, it’s quite annoying. Also there is specific spots to park but for some reason the employees have a problem walking it 25 feet over to me and want me to park in the no parking lane. I’d get it if it was cold out but it is a beautiful 68 degrees outside. The girls name was Brianna. When I called for the second time I could hear her bickering in the back that she didn’t want to bring it over and that it wasn’t her job. And that I had to go grab it but I know that’s not true. They always bring it over.

This place is quite large for a grannie like me, I get lost easily. Thank god for senior Tuesday's. I love my discounts on that day. Feels good to know I get those discounts yeah. Grandma loves here discounts at the best grocery store in the whole world. Best one in game. Thanks

The store and the staff are decent but the management at this location has a lot to learn about customer service. I purchased an expensive, boxed frozen food item and opened it up a week and a half later only to discover that the inner plastic bag was not sealed. The manager refused to accept the return and was quite smug about it despite the fact that their corporate policy allows discretion past their one week perishable food return policy. This was an obvious situation which called for an exception. As a result, you have lost a customer who would have been shopping there for years to come.

For a single mom with 3 teenagers on a budget: ShopRite is the place for my family. They have great prices, fresh produce, and really helpful staff. There is a Stop & Shop by our house (less than 5 mins but we drive 15 to 20 mins to Southington because it works best and my money goes further. Definitely recommend this place to smart consumers who want the best but do not necessarily want to pay an arm and a leg for it!

Usually I goto Southbury, but stopped here. I would not recommend it. Signage is incorrect and coupons don’t load. It took forever to fix and one employee was rude.

Driving from NJ to Vermont stopped for some Groceries. After I left I realized my favorite headphones were missing. I called and was quickly connected to Jayden at the courtesy desk. To my surprise and delight, Jayden had my headphones and said he would leave them with a note saying hold for "Alan". I returned a week later and the woman working at the courtesy desk was expecting me. She knew my name as soon as I mentioned headphones. Apparently, I left the phones in my cart. Store definitely has good employees who care about their customers. Was a very good experience!

This was my first time using the pickup at this location. I'm very disappointed. I arrived within my pickup time slot. No signage to help find the parking spots and I had to ask an employee who half heartedly pointed down the street. So I finally found a spot and checked in. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting and no activity in the pickup station. I went to inquire and got attitude. 15 minutes later they bring it to me and shove the cart at me and say here ya go. I guess they were having a really bad day.
