Store is constantly out of basic items. Sometimes the use by dates on the refrigerated vegetables are the next day. Cookies in the bakery are often over cooked.

Its fine, just dont buy any salad mixes (theyre always brown or turning brown). The meats are usually fine, but save your receipt because you will have to return the pork/chicken often.

Rotten fruit, need better bakery like Shop Rite has. Prices very high. No one understands digital coupons, get rid of that.

This has been my store for the last 14 yrs. But over the last year or so, I barely go here. They decided to add a refrigerator with doors for produce such as lettuce, peppers, and other loose greens. It is DISGUSTING! When you open the fridge door, it stinks of MILDEW!! How could any decent manager in good conscience allow this to go on? I wouldn't chance eating anything out of that fridge. And the rest of the produce (especially tomatoes) has gone down significantly. It's nowhere near the caliber of store it once was. Now I have to be inconvenienced and drive to three different stores to get different things that I need. Oh, and horrible bakery selection for breads. Go to Publix in Celebration, FL to get a clue on what a grocery store experience should be like.

This stop and shop seems to have an agenda to get rid of EVERYTHING that customers actually buy that they always sell out of to replace it with what they want you to buy and/or eat so slowly, week after week they stop selling one item to replace with an entirely different item that NOBODY WANTS!!!

Ordered pickup at 4pm for 8pm. Sat for 30 minutes waiting for groceries to come out after receiving a text that my order was ready and notifying them I arrived. Nobody answered the customer service phone or the online line. I had to leave my sick child in the car and run inside to get somebody to help with the order. However, the order wasn’t even completed and the manager was not able to give me an answer on when it was going to be ready. I never received a call letting me know it was delayed, only a text that it was ready. I will never order from there again. I cancelled my entire order.

Getting pretty annoyed with the wi fi in this store. it simply does not work any more and therefore I am unable to use my Scan-It app. Please fix it.

I'm use to Publix, which is already way too expensive compared to Aldi and other stores, but this is absurd.

Much better than it used to be. Excellent choice of produce, nice ethnic choices in fruits and vegetables, easy to find what you need.

Ordered groceries for pick up and received molded bread as well as spinach that was already going bad. This is the second time I’ve had issues with the quality of ordered items online. There should be a better process of checking items. I will not be using online pick up any more, if I even decide to continue to give Stop & Shop my business. If you order online, always double-check your stuff!

Went to the seafood section to buy 2 lobsters and the woman behind the counter was on her phone, not paying attention to us. Once asked if SHE was ready, all she could come back with was attitude. We turned around and left.
