Had a disappointed experience with this branch. Evidently I missed renewing 2 CD's, so came in to cancel and redo them as the default interest was substantially lower than the existing rates. I felt as though I was bothering them to perform this request. I have not had any issues with this location in the past, but this time not too happy. Also, had to pay a substantial penalty to cancel, and thought maybe due to a many years long customer and my deposit accounts they could throw me a bone on the penalty, but nope, nothing. Seems with the closing, layoffs and consolidating of branches, bottom line is more important. I realize that more transactions can be done onle but not opening joint owner CD's.

There’s one teller and Bank manager Anthony that are not friendly at All. Barely look up at you and if they do, it’s like they’re glaring at you.
Always a hassle to get the right domination bills you want!

I miss the old staff! I had an interaction with a woman starting with D today and she rolled her eyes at me & was incredibly rude! I will call management.

Forced to give one star…if I was able I would give a below one star rating.
I live in Plantsville but do not usually go to this branch. You must show your license even if no cash is requested. Also if you deposit cash I had a $600 deposit and they wanted my social security # in addition to a photo ID.
With this problem and rather rude tellers I do my TD banking at the Main St branch.
But today I was rushed and in the area doing an errand so I decided to cash a check for $30.
With the check I did give the teller my license.
But wait a new wrinkle teller wanted my IPhone number and was going to send me a link which she said she needed to prove my identity. Told her no other local TD bank Main Street, Queen St or the Cheshire branch requires such information.
Told the teller her branch manager was “out of order” and please give me my check back so I can go to another branch to cash it.
This branch should be closed due to poor customer service.

Who asks for a social security number when depositing cash in account but I can easily use an atm? I closed my account and went to Webster so my privacy is protected

Worst drive through in town. Only go there if you don't care about your vehicle. It has no room between those huge curbs. All marked up from rubbing wheels and tires.

Attempted to deposit $100. Cash Bday gift in son's acct. Teller informed me he needed my CT drivers License & my Social Security number . How can I be assured of my privacy & SECURITY w/ this teller.??How does the bank vet these tellers & what do they do with my private information? For $100.? I'm concerned the bank cant possibly secure this info.I'll never deposit cash @ TD Bank again

Very discussed of this, TD Bank branch the manager assistant manager, and the staff have no knowledge of what they’re doing .The manager is very disrespectful and racist .I have more than 10 business account with them and I’m about to close them all just because of this branch .I really recommend TD Bank to look into this branch and just change the whole staff .

My check was stolen in mail box in front of post office January, and someone forged the check and withdrawed a large some of money out from my bank account. When I found out first, I was panic and I didn't know what to do.But when I went to the bank, the store supervisor Shelly helped me out very well, and that I was able to get my money back quickly.I was so grateful to her, and highly recommend this branch.Thank you.
