“I love that there’s always something new to discover, whether I’m shopping for a gift or treating myself. The atmosphere is welcoming, the prices are fair, and the customer service is above and beyond. Wallingford is lucky to have such a unique, local treasure!!!! I can’t recommend Cindy’s shop enough!”
“We were there yesterday! Store was super clean and beautiful even more beautiful was Phyllis she was beyond helpful. Her work there is both stellar & compelling. She has a wonderful personality & joy to be around. We will be back. Judi murphy & Ronald Palaski. Thank you for having her work there & helping us shop!”
“This is one of my favorite shops in all of Bristol! The owner and her family are always so kind and welcoming! I love coming in whether it be to browse the lovely selection (always full of Hidden Treasures) or to stop, chat & pray with the lovely staff! There is always some amazing sale happening, or a gem hiding on the racks! One of my fave finds so far, a suede Michael Kors blazer for only a dollar! Thanks to an AMAZING sale they had recently I was able to decorate almost my entire apartment for around $50! I'm talking sheets, curtains, plates, cups, decorations, picture frames, candles, and my new Heirloom dish set!Definitely worth coming in for a look! love these folks!!”

“This was an excellent store until they started letting all of the employees go who remembered customers and took delight in providing a top notch experience while shopping. There were always smiles and laughs. I don't know if management changed...the pricing is still very good and the selection is as well, but the overall experience has seriously gone downhill. As a customer who regularly thrifts around the state, the store went from being close to #1 for me to dropping to middle to low for me...as someone who is handicapped, experience carries far more weight for me and I'm sad that this store fell off on quality experience...”

“Great drop-off center for clothing that you want to give or donate. Just drive up. Gentleman comes out. Takes it out of your car. No hassle, even an underhang if it was raining”

“Yolanda and Emily,
I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who helped locate my son’s two special outfits that were accidentally donated. One was the outfit he wore home from the hospital, and the other was his christening outfit.
When I realized they might be gone, I was heartbroken. These items hold some of the most precious memories of my son’s early life, and I truly believed I would never see them again.
Your kindness, compassion, and willingness to search for these outfits meant more to me than words can express. You did not simply return clothing to me—you returned memories, emotions, and treasured pieces of my family’s story.
In a world that can often feel rushed and impersonal, your care and humanity made an enormous difference. My family and I will never forget your kindness.
With sincere gratitude,
Jasmin”
“Truly the most organized, clean and abundant Goodwill I have bee to thus far in Connecticut.
Regarding prices, they were very high for clothing. I do not know if this ude to management, the location or the organizing as a whole. NB: $25 for used winter coats is beyond excessively priced.
That being said, the aisles were tidy, thoughtfully laid out and the employees were great. Shelves were organized, sizes organized, lots of selection. Maybe I got lucky!. Thanks especially to Mariah, Chelsea and Olivia! They were lovely, positive and professional.”
