“Had Doug do a pre-purchase inspection on an older car (78 Trans Am). He was prompt, took good notes, and performed a thorough inspection. He identified quite a few key areas that the dealer either didn't know about or hadn't chosen to disclose. Quality of the report was concise and he provided photos and videos as well. Very reasonable on price too. Would definitely use him/them again if I lived in the area.”

“UNMATCHED SERVICE!!! Got a slow leak on the way home on Friday at 440pm, J&M closes at 5pm, I called they got me in to patch the tire, 15 mins later they were done. $35 paid. Jumped in car and left, drove about 0.3 miles away to the store, parked, turned off car and realized I forgot my keys at J&M counter. Now 502pm and panicking bcus they close at 5pm, they answered the phone and they brought me my keys to where I was...WOW !!!!!! What an incredible, fast quality service with very good prices and unmatched GREAT service. I will be back.”
