Awful, unhelpful, unprofessional, useless. Don’t go here. Spent 1.5 hours here and they couldn’t do anything. I know more about their products than they do. Shame on Verizon. Go to the Cheshire store on Highland Ave, way better.

Very unprofessional and rude. I talked with Brandy inside the store. She looked at my phone for not even 5 mins. What she did, didn't fix the issue and she told me "there is a process nothing I can do, I can give you a number to call". Both Brandy and the other employee were siting playing on their phones and I was the only customer in the store. I drove to 785 queen st Verizon across the street and in 10 mins they fixed the issue and I had full service again. Do NOT use this store go across the street.

store doesn't accept returns, tried a wifi item for 30 days (never used it), tried to return, was told "we dont accept returns". Just go to a different verizon like on Berlin Tpke. Not worth the hassle of going here.

Never upgrade or purchase from this store. It used to be great but drastically downhill. They do not care about what happens to customers after they make their sale, and when something awful happens after that sale. They're in it for their own pocket. I read another post about someone going in and being turned away "because there was nothing they could do". That's the same thing that happened to us, after they were the company that made the error.

Don’t do business here. Go to an actual Verizon location. Avoid the headache.

Brandy does an amazing job! She has elevated the level of customer service at this location tremendously. Brandy is dedicated, extremely responsive and helpful, and very knowledgeable. Her level of service is exceptional. And, she has an excellent team in place as well. Every employee at this location strives to assist customers and problem solve in a professional manner with a friendly attitude. Don’t let this team go!

The place is shot. I walked in an hour before they close. 1 employee with 1 customer. Stood around for 10 minutes then sat down. No acknowledgment I was even there or that he would be willing to help me. I went across the street to 785 queen street Verizon. Go there. This place went down the tubes.

Walk in, one employee working sit down. 20 minutes later another employee comes out - I wait patiently while another older person (who came in after me) asks a quick question. Then my turn. I sit down, after 2 minutes a phone call comes in and employee proceeds to servicing that phone call was more important than the customer sitting in front of him. After sitting for 5 more minutes while he worked with the customer on the phone I walked out.Awful service. Never going back.Ps. I was supposed to get a follow-up call from the location manager, that call never came.

I am happy to say Brandy Tischofer resolved my issue and my daughter now has a watch and phone ready to use. I am highly satisfied that we were able to communicate effectively and Brandy found a solution.Thanks Verizon.

Brandy at Russell Cellular was very pleasant and understood my needs. The difficulty was contacting Verizon directly to remove a tablet from the Verizon service. The wait was 40- 45 minutes. It's easy to add any service you want, but Verizon makes it very time consuming to remove a service.

I actually just went into the store to buy a phone charger & Orane greeted us as we walked in the door.. From beginning to end, he was the most pleasant worker that I have met in the longest time..As we were talking he asked about the plan that I had now & if I was happy with it.. By the time our conversation ended, I was sold on getting three new I phones & a new internet all with prices that you cannot say no to.. ( waiting for my sons approval on it..) So from only planning on purchasing a cell phone cord, to my son purchasing the new plans, I was amazed.. Orane is an exceptional associate that is an asset to your company.. I have been a General Store Manager for many many years & I know a dedicated associate when I see one.. My pleasure to send this to your Company..

Horrible store and customer service. Employee Jean’s behavior (read John) was unacceptable…so rude, unprofessional, zero help after I went back with the new iphone 13. When I asked for contact info for a supervisor or a manager, since he was not helping me at all, he said No! When I asked how am I supposed to be with a faulty phone which I just purchased days ago, he said “thats just how it’s going to be”. I will be looking to contact the manager or owner of the store, and I will be calling Verizon headquarters!
