This has been the worst experience in switching carriers we have ever experienced. We were told there wouldn’t be activation fees, but I had to repeatedly go into the office (I was in there at least 4-5 times in a week), and ultimately had to call customer service myself to get it resolved. At one point, the manager pretended to be me on the phone and was very rude to the person on the other end, which gave me quite a dose of second-hand embarrassment.
We were told we would get a $200 rebate per new line (3 lines) that we could use to pay off the 2 phones we still had with our other carrier. We were told they were not automatically issued, which we thought was weird, and that we would have to wait x amount of time then call to claim them. I did that, then come to find out, the rebates can only be used with Verizon. We were counting on this to help us pay off the other phones, and we don’t need anything from Verizon, so they essentially ripped us off at the tune of $600. I can’t even add them as payment method to pay the monthly bill. If I call to use them to pay the bill, I’m sure we’d lose the “autopay” discount.
This entire experience has been a colossal disappointment and headache. It felt sketchy from the beginning, and I severely regret not trusting my gut instinct to leave. When we are free from payments on the devices we got, we’re leaving Verizon and will never use them again. I’d rather go back to Xfinity. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Liars. I asked multiple times to confirm there was no changes to my bill and said I would pay for my phone up front right there to ensure there were no changes to the monthly bill. They signed me up for phone insurance, had me on a payment plan for the phone, and signed me up for Hulu/Disney/ESPN bundle. I would never recommend anyone go here for the simple fact that they lied or at the very least maybe multiple mistakes causing the bill to go up an additional $53 a month.

Very disappointed in my visit here on July 12. Came in with a question about my phone which was answered by Javier but came home 20 minutes later and received a text message from Verizon that protection services had been added to my account. This was NEVER discussed nor did I authorize this. Had to spend 40 minutes out of my time on the phone with Verizon undoing the damage. I will not go here again. Will return to Kathy in Waterbury where I have always been satisfied.

1st visit staff were very nice and helpful. Did an upgrade on my phone. Bought car charger, case and liquid glass. With a week or so already had a scratch on my phone. The car charger cord after 3 months it broke. Tried to bring it back for a replacement and was told to pay 10.00 extra. I expect phone accessories to last longer than 3 months. PLEASE BE AWARE when buying from them as you get what you pay for. They only honor a 30 day return.
MAKE SURE YOU BUY FROM A DIRECT VERIZON STORE. or you just might end up paying double or more. Thankfully Verizon customer service made it right not that they had to.

Zack and Devin were amazing! So helpful and patient. They stayed till closing time to help us with our sale and we didn't feel rushed at all. They took the time to explain everything to us and to find us the best plan by exploring all possible options! 10/10 would recommend to anyone

My phone had a hardware issue that the Apple Store couldn’t repair. I traded it in for the newest version and Patrick and Zach set it up, including putting on the screen/camera lens protectors for me. They also mentioned a promotion that allowed my fiancé to trade in an old Apple Watch for a new one at no cost if we set up a cellular line for it. Patrick and Zach were very friendly and helpful, without being overly pushy!

I came in looking to switch carriers. Joe and Tyler's dedication and care to my disposition was eye opening. They reworked my plan, got me new devices, and even saved me some money.. it's not often you go to a cellphone store and leave with a smile. Thank you both for restoring my faith with Verizon.

Worst customer service experience ever. Called the store multiple times to address this before coming here. Manager nor Devin chose to call back. Devin was awful, lied to our faces multiple times, took complete advantage of a senior customer. Didn’t put in the promotional credit for trade in, now stuck paying full cost for an upgrade when we’ve been customers for two decades. Didn’t transfer the phone ownership as he promised. Charged us $50 per phone to transfer contacts, wouldn’t let us do it ourselves. Used the bathroom on the way out and the manager was at his desk next to the bathroom sound asleep with his feet on his desk. Have recordings of all of the above and have sent to corporate.
