Now I’m only giving this office 4 starts because my guy Joel was so patient and nice to me. He helped me as best as he could even when some corporate **** Nicole hung up on him. Everyone in that office is always so nice and patient. 5 stars for Joel and his manager. ZERO STARS for that **** Nicole

I'm sure this is wells fargo in general. FYI you need an appointment for a name change. Every other bank I am with was super easy and did it without one. Person on the phone never mentioned this either. This shouldn't be such a hassle as clearly it didn't need to be. Everyone else could do it without issue

The customer service in this branch is really great. I worked with Liz and she was phenomenal! Liz is very patient and showed unwavering interest in helping me resolve my issue. She tried multiple different ways to help me and brainstormed alternative solutions with me. I came into the bank 30 minutes before closing and I never felt rushed. She was also very patient with my curious two year old which I really appreciate. The service I received from Liz was above and beyond especially compared to my experience at another Wells Fargo branch only hours before.

Time to cut the bradford pear trees. Branches literally jut into almost every parking spot. Perfect way to scratch your vehicle.

Horrible service, yesterday my debit card was hacked. I go yesterday to get a temporary debit card per supports directions and the teller proceeds to tell me no one can help me. So I ask him what exactly am I suppose to do to get a debit card. He says I need to call and make an appointment. ANYTIME today and yesterday I have tried to call no one is available to take my phone call. I’ve never had to make an appointment to get a TEMP debit card. Not even last month when this happened. Horrible service, and the gentlemen at the window was of ZERO help.

Tried the mobile deposit because of the holiday, a little heads up funds not available until monday or tuesday even though I did the deposit before midnight New Years Day.I understand it's a holiday, however it's a local check from a bank close by, very disappointing, I wont be using this contact free deposit ever again since my first experience was so negative. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 8 years. Live and Learn I guess I'll do a little driving in a pandemic and pay one bank to cash the check and deposit the cash in Wells Fargo,I just dont have the funds to wait until the check clears.

Since the lobby is closed you are only working with tellers. They have not the most helpful and on occasion down right unfriendly. Today however we met with a banker and she was top notch. Makes up for everything else. She took exceptional care to keep everyone safe while she helped us through a few things. Yesterday we had the pleasure of working with another banker in the phone. He too was simply wonderful. He listened and helped us work through some growing pains we were experiencing as our business grows rapidly during these unusual circumstances. If you are looking for a bank for your business. I would suggest this branch.

Horrible process WF has set up. Attempted to take beneficiary interest in savings balance of deceased parent and because account was “blocked” following account holders death, back office needed to unfreeze the account. We sat in branch while banker waited on hold for over 20 minutes for back office to answer phone and unfreeze account. Then, repeated same process for checking account to be unfrozen. Spent in excess of an hour for 2 simple transactions that could have been handled in minutes if back office would have been staffed properly to answer phones! It’s not the branch’s fault. It’s the back office operations area that is so understaffed that they couldn’t respond to front office call. Glad we are done with this bank!

This is a good branch location with friendly staff. Wells Fargo as a whole is falling behind with various banking features other institutions provide and moving forward with additional fees.
