Allen helped me get a rental when I dropped off my car, and said it would take about a week, to a week,1/2 and he was so on the money with everything. When I picked my baby up on Wednesday like he said. I didn't even recognize her she looked brand new like nothing happened so beautifully he even installed the Rain guards. I was so happy ? I hugged him and almost ? he made the scars of a bad situation go away. I'm so happy I was introduced to this place if I could give more stars I would. “The best mechanic I’ve ever been to. Long story short was in a small isolated accident. My car needed a two tire replacement, and an alignment. Got it taken care of in Danbury but the mechanic in Danbury returned my car with more damage. My insurance already paid a pretty penny and the guys in Danbury were going to charge me an arm and leg for a vacuum pump replacement. I tell my story to Bryan. Nice guy. He takes a look at it. Says to give him two weeks. Calls me back in a week tells me the price and it’s a fraction of the price. I give him the go ahead. I get my car back, he gives it an oil change and changes my latch on the trunk so it can close properly! Didn’t ask for it but I mentioned it. Like I said real nice guy. Will not go to anyone else. There wasn’t this ritual money haggle dance.. all business and straight forward. Super professional. I wish I went to them first. If you’re looking for a place with integrity while working on your machine. This is the spot. Trust me you won’t regret it. I’d give these guys a 10 star if I could.”

The price was agreed to over the phone, and was an 'all in' price as I requested.Customer Service - Worked with Chris. He was very responsive and patient and made the whole buying experience a positive one.Hard sell - Compared to other dealers they are fairly low pressure but when financing you will be asked to purchase a few needless 'extras' and after you decline the price will magically go down.I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.”

“Had the pleasure of working with Miguel - he was great! I went to another car audio spot and they said the piece I had wasn’t compatible with my car. I didn’t believe that so I went to Sounds Good and Miguel actually CALLED the manufacturer of the part and they confirmed it can be installed. Fast forward 1 hour and 30 minutes later, the part was in and was working! He even sat with me and tested the part to ensure it worked before putting the car back together, and that’s what I can say I appreciate: the time taken and detailed work ethic! I will be back”

“Excellent place to repair your car.Over a year ago I took my Mercedes to Westport Auto Craft.After the repair, the first thing I did was to check the work down.Couldn't find any defect at all. I checked it in the shade and in the sun, different angles, and I couldn't find any difference front the area repaired to the factory painted areas. Perfect match!In September of 2022, I took the car to Europe. Here, I run over a rock and I bent the right front control arm. The part wasn't available here because Mercedes stopped making it. I called USA and no new parts were available there either, same reason. I couldn't find neither new nor used.This was a big problem, my car would be useless.So, I called Westport Auto Craft, my last hope at this Point.Mr. Martin, immediately agreed to help me out. He called some numbers and today I got the part. Used but looking like new, and came with extra suspension parts.He was very nice and I was impressed by his willingness to help.The best in workmanship, professionalism and willingness to help his clients.António D. “Gentleman was answering my less than efficient questions without batting an eye, sometimes I find myself in a position where I cannot make sense of my surroundings due to anxiety. It's rare that it causes me to become as useless as I did, but I did. He assumed that I would know to take a specific part outside to check to see if the threads matched, I assume that no such thing would ever happen without me paying for it especially in Bridgeport. Therefore he said why don't you just do that instead of taking up my time. I simply responded by saying that I would never think to do that without paying. A nice slightly older gentleman extremely kindly asked if I was ready to check out. I was by some miracle and he was as patient as a brick with me. The only things I wish to highlight in this review are that these guys are very competent at multitasking, they know their stuff when it comes to cars, and while the original gentleman was being hammered with phone calls, he remained calm. Very uncommon to see a large chain auto parts store with such competent employees. It really seemed like the older gentleman could tell I was having a really hard time of making 2 + 2 equal 4. Even with my bumbling antics, they remained professional. In my opinion these guys belong higher up the food chain. No nonsense here. ??”

“I have used Fairfield glass for my kitchen cabinets, and now for a recent shower enclosure. The experience has been excellent. Designing the format and choosing the correct type of glass for my shower was a breeze with Kia. Thankfully she was able to use a CAD program to for the design that eliminated the need for metal frames on my glass that competitors proposed. Her prices were much better than others, especially for the premium glass.Alvaro and his installation team were prompt, professional, and meticulous, and took great care bringing in all the glass and cleaning up.Thanks for everything!”
